I mean in the final it was like he got 3 points and she got 2 or something and that's only because he stayed up longer or something. I can't fully remember but they basically did as well as each other.

It doesn't matter if he beat her by 1 or 10 points,he still beat her and got what he deserved, all the cash.

Lol ok. It's a shitty twist designed to create drama for the show since it was a joke having a team so much better than every other team.

He beat her because no one thought any one would take the money and run. They were partners. Screwing over a teammate is pretty nuts to me.

He was acting like he did it because he's done these shows forever, devoted his life to them and he needs to set up his future.

Why are people comparing a Dentist or Doctor overcharging to Bananas taking all the winnigs he RIGHTFULLY earned by getting more points? It's apples and oranges.

I don't think him earning more points in the final that Sarah helped him get to solidifies his decision. Sarah could've easily thrown challenges or an elimination but didn't. There's no comparison saying he rightfully earned those points. Sarah rightfully should've earned money for rightfully helping him get to the final that he rightfully earned those rightfully rightful points. Rightfully. Foh

Wait, so they work together in the final? or are they doing the final as individuals?  But like JFreeze says, if this was mentioned before the final started and Sarah was fully aware of the situation, she should have worked harder. Name of the game.

Yeah, I feel like this is rigged and I'm not buying it lol. IMO, it was all drama and for TV. Reality TV doing it's thing.

Redardless, I still dislike the fact that Bananas and Sarah won.

They could pull out a weight bench and say "ok who can do more reps of 225" like they do at the college combines and Bananas stans will be like "totally fair Johnny outperformed Sarah for sure". lolz.

Uggg my brain has to remember. They work together and he promised her over and over he would split the money with her.

Hahahha

You're killing me smalls...

There ain't even any argument here with y'all still stanning bananas not even seeing how wrong his decision was. There isn't a rightfully deserved when he made it to the final because of Sarah. That takes precedence. A long *** journey of being the best team, only to have a horrible twist bring out the inner snake in someone. He's probably gonna look even worse since they're editing and building up this friendship and making it seem like they're best buddies. I hope he gets dragged to **** and back on social media and somehow realizes how ****** up his decision was but I have my doubts. It's a good thing the storm before the storm is already happening on social media though (:

There is no stanning of Bananas. This is just a mere example of Deontology (Bananas choosing to share) and Concequentialism (Bananas choosing to get ALL the money).

The moral obligation here is to share it with Sarah, and by all means, I would be inclined to share since her and Bananas worked together to get to the final. And if they had to work together in a final, then even more reason to share.

Then you have this "the ends justify the means" aspect, were this is a game show and the purpose is to win the most money, right? So all Johnny did was act on the purpose of the show; to get the most cash prize. I personally would consider this, but I'm more of more deontologist than concequatialist so there is that.

But I don't consider either wrong in regards to a game show. I just thought comparing the duty of a Dentist or Doctor and the law that prevents to overcharge to a game show where it was part of the game rules, to be a bit outlandish.

Bananas is still a shit head. No doubt about it.

Uggg my brain has to remember. They work together and he promised her over and over he would split the money with her.

Well i blame her for not realizing who she was dealing with, this is the GOAT we are talking about here, how stupid was she to trust him.

he basically made himself sound like a loser who was not willing to get a job outside of reality tv then...i feel like he probably also thought sarah would be quicker to forgive him then he was...

and i agree this twist was done to create contrived drama..its pathetic on productions part...i mean look how they keep ruining the real world.

Yep. There's TOTALLY no Backpack stanning here...

***** I think the whole situation is hilarious tbh

Yaaas at Devin and Vince sharing with their partners. Jenna and Chey getting stacks! ❤️

I have a new theory. Now this is just a theory, and as much as I hate that my theory gives Bananas some credit, here it is: Sarah said on her show that no one has guessed the spoilers about what happens in the final 100% right, and that she has some insider information that she will share with a select few people because she's not sure she is allowed to even share it. My theory is that the producers will told Bananas to keep the money to himself for drama, so that the final wouldn't be boring. Bananas complied, but there was an undercover agreement that Sarah gets some of the money anyway. Remember there were all these rumors that Paula actually did get a cut of the Island winnings, and her sobbing on the Island reunion was all an act. Maybe this happened again and the producers orchestrated it with Johnny's help just for the sake of a good show.

Maybe this is true, for the only reason that sarah has been really calm, I mean she did talk shit about him on the very beginning of her podcast, but besides that she has been really polite to him on the aftershows and those are film after the final. For someone that got screwed big time she seems really calm.

ummm who said Vince had the choice?

Why are people comparing a Dentist or Doctor overcharging to Bananas taking all the winnigs he RIGHTFULLY earned by getting more points? It's apples and oranges.

because RIGHTFUL should be dictated by the human CONSCIENCE. law does NOT dictate what is rightful

its not outlandish at all. its outlandish to say that however that something is "right" just beacuse its within the context of the rules. if there is a law out there that allows me to sucker punch you in the face while raping your family then that doesn't make it "right"

you dont jack money from people that earn it...PERIOD

i'm watching last week's aftershow finally and i'm surprised at how buddy-buddy sarah is being with bananas given how things went down in the final. mtv must have paid her really well to act normal? i need someone to find out if she actually got paid on the low-low ASAP

also, i'm loving how nany is giving it to bananas

It's been said numerous times that confessional and after shows cast is told to put themselves in the mindset and feelings of what was going on at the time of that part in the show. Sara and John were getting along at that point they were at for the after show.

Is anyone planning on pledging to Sarah's podcast to get behind the scenes info about the final since she said nobody knows how it truly went down.

I continue to go back and forth on her. She really should have gone out on top with her exes win but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited when she was announced only to not enjoy her very much this season outside of the competition aspect . Still standing by my opinion of her not deserving to go home empty handed though as she was a great teammate.

I couldn't stay away.

Sarah got zero cash??  Hahaha!!! Eat it, *****!!  Thank you, Bananas.  Love you, boo boo.  Season redeemed!!!!

I can't wait for next week.

TBH, after tonight's episode, I felt she would do the exact same. And so would Devin and Vince. Probably Cheyenne too. Wes supposedly said it was a smart move.

I'm just curious what most people's reaction would be if a fan favorite did this to someone like Bananas, I feel like you would all support it.

He did what was smart for him, so would most people. I would probably do the same thing unless my partner was someone I really liked.

I know I would!

No shame.

Anyways Bananas & Sarah were told about the twist before the rest of the cast were in order to be prepared for their reaction. As well as how the ending of this season should be. The show is going for that who whole drama/rivalry thing that's huge on other reality shows.

This is Bananas job Reality Star aka Reality actor.

This **** rehearses his lines for his confessionals.

Exactly. They are trying too hard.

Listen, I don't even think it's the fact that Bananas will keep the money that ****** me off as much as having to hear his pathetic excuses for why he did it. Just admit you're a greedy mf, don't use Exes 2 as an excuse, and don't use any other bs excuses to justify it when you know you would have compared that person to Hitler had it been done to you.

****, I wish it had been done to him. Sarah annoys me for being a sheep, but I don't think she's a horrible person. Bananas is though, so this makes me sick. I am not watching the finale. It's contrived drama and just more of MTV/BMP enabling that hypocritical raging narcisisst Johnny Bananas. Enough with this guy. He has ruined the challenges. Watch the old ones and you'll see what I mean. Watching the finale will mean I'd have to stomach Bananas and his excuses and Sarah pouting when she should just punch that mf in the face. I couldn't stand to see that go down.

I mean, that law would go against the Human Rights laws. But you're arguement doesn't hold because you're now bring violence into the situation. The Doctor or Dentist overcharged, but never ***ualted the patient. Bananas took Sarah's portion of winning, but never ***ualted Sarah.

I understand where you're going, but you're adhering to Deontology, when you think it is MORAL incorrect to take Sarah's portion despite the fact that was fair and within the contexts of rules within the game.

Oh so question: Jenna and Vince won second place, but she decided to take all the money like Bananas did with Sarah? Or did Jenna and Vince split the money? Did Devin and Chey win anything? Sorry just asking I'm confused Help Thanks in advance
