Well you could always start the "quality" discussions instead of complaining.

To me, It seems to mean tickets go up (in price) after Oct 15th so you better get them soon. it doesn't state a date for the trip, just that tickets go up on Oct 15. Could be tickets for a trip months from now, but their cheaper to get now.
I did some research on Elk hunting in Montana, and the season starts beginning of September and ends mid October, so there's a good chance there planned trip won't interfere with this season
I just realized that on the first page Tony is on the list for likely getting a final call and being on this season. It's gonna be great to see him again...provided he gets on and he doesn't back out or anything.
