likely happening as we speak... it was rumored that they wanted to finish up filming on friday, so maybe the final is today and tomorrow and the interviews are friday? something along those lines
I am honestly guessing that this theme has a lot to do with Challengers vs. Champions. Looking at the elimination list (and assuming some of the order is interchangable), it looks like a female champion always goes home with a male champion and a challenger with another challenger. I could be wrong but I'm assuming Shane went home with a challenger (Nicole or Amanda), Hunter with Jenna, Darrell with Laurel, and Cara with Bananas. This is my mere speculation. Anyways, with Laurel being gone, I'm hoping Nicole, Ashley M. or Amanda win.
I speculated that Nicole was out because of something I heard from someone who was there. Also I didn't expect Laurel to be out that early. There was no valid proof behind it.

I think they were pulling about 4 and a half million an episode..maybe more but I don't want to be quoted on that. The Duel 2 which was about 4 years later was pulling 2 million so it's not that shocking. 4.5-5 million+ an episode X 16 episodes...makes sense.

The overall viewers are still in the millions (since the ratings posted Nielsen boxes ratings only, they are not as accurate) , but highly doubt they get a quarter of those 83 millions viewers now days.
Technology has advanced so much that there is more alternatives than watch it live. I guess there is that.

It's probably 83 million overall...I think 8.3 is still wayyy too high for the challenge lol..even in 2006

Paula and Zach were in. I think Janelles the one that dropped. She also was supposed to do whatever challenge was after gauntlet 3 when Jillian sent her home but she dropped last minute on that one too. She mentioned it in an interview
Whoever posted about how the Bachlor isn't done filming that's incorrect. They are done filming alreay they did his hometown dates like a month ago because I know people that went to one of them. But I do hope we get the challenge earlier rather then later
