Yes. Because they can't sit here and pick and choose which boring person they can cast(well they CAN as it's their show but it's BS).
Besides they could be a different person and be entertaining. Just because someone wasn't "Relevant" on their season doesn't mean they can't become relevant. People can change and show another side and even if they don't..they'll do about the same as Jenna/Leroy who get cast on several shows.
