I think the champs could have won that challenge if they were smarter about it, especially the girls. They should have had Laurel and Cara tangle up two girls each, just do enough to keep them out of the game. Then Camila and Ashley could have taken on the other two girls to score the points. Also, the champs should not have gotten caught up when there was a pile. Sure, you want to help your teammate when they are on the bottom of the pile, but eventually the ball pops loose and you are stuck on the ground while the other team has more people on their feet. In those cases the teammates without the ball should have just waited for the ball to get loose or tried to take it from the person that came up with it on a 1v1 basis. I was surprised that they didn't seem to have any strategy at all going in.
Did anyone notice Zach talking shit about CT too johnny. Said something about " I didn't see him make one tackle at all today" and I saw another clip of them while they were at the airport with a similar premise. Zach telling Johnny how he doesn't think CT prepared for this challenge. Is he jealous or something? Ct's name is coming out of his mouth alot in negative ways.
I like Ashley M so much, as a challenger. She so fearless, works hard. So glad she decided to play these games. It shows too she likes these challenges.
Final thoughts:Lol at Kailah calling Camila a "legend that you always expect to win". Uh girl, Camila hasn't won the past FIVE seasons she's been on. But ok.I liked the challenge, but still think it was unfairI guess the "incentive" is that you get money in your bank account? I mean I guess, but the format could still use tweaking.LOVED Nicole and Ashley calling John out for trying to use his rehearsed lines that he already said on social media.Loved the Shane and Darrell interaction.Loved seeing the underdogs being a big *** mess when it comes to voting...AGAIN. Sylvia also low key checked Dario.
You can exit. Kailah stated production FORCED her to say all their names but edited it that way so the ones they want would be said.

3. Production mishandled the arrival of the champions. Champs should have been at the oasis first and already staked out the best rooms, beds etc. before underdogs arrived. It was awkward and uncomfortable to see the champs scrapping around just to find a place to sleep. There had to have been a better way to do it .
2. Corey missed a big opportunity to be a gentleman. When your girl falls down, you pick her up. Take the blame, say "It was my fault, I gave her too much to drink. I should have checked on her. She was dehydrated. " or something along those lines. Clean her up , clean up the bed and move on. Everyone who has ever drank too much knows that people vomit, black out, pass out and lose control of bodily functions sometimes.

The catapult was so awesome.
It would've been even more awkward and uncomfortable seeing the underdogs now looking for a ******* room to sleep in after surviving that **** shelter. **** y'all really love sucking up for them champs. Underdogs deserve the first picks. Bottom line.

agree the underdogs earned that house. the champs just got there + they already had their own little house for a few days

Disagree. I have enjoyed the whole season so far. But the '"invasion" was underwhelming to say the least. I hoped episode 5 was going to be epic, one to remember. It wasn't. The arrival was not handled correctly.
If I had to sum up up episode 5 in one word?
Disorganized.
As a challenge fan, just stating what I feel based on what I saw. There had to be a better way to handle the invasion while paying respect to the champs.
Paying respect to the champs? They already getting spoiled with all them LA, traveling bs stuff they get to do while the others are getting nothing. They even constantly promote the champs. They getting enough respect.
At the end of the day they atleast owe the underdogs ******* first dibs of the rooms and just cause they are champs doesn't mean they gotta get everything handed to them on a silver plater. They were already living that luxury life based on all those pics the pages posted. Oh look. More promoting for the champs.
But yeah the seasons a mess.
And. The champions at the very end of the day. The very end didn't get to pick rooms and had to scower for them previous episode which I'm sure was difficult and sad for a lot of fans to see. Oh well. The spoiling the producers did afterwords nummed down the traumatic hurt they got from not getting first dibs.

I agree. Whether or not you think the champions should get special treatment aside, this season isn't The Challenge: Uncomfortable and Disappointing Arrival of the Champions. If the whole premise is based on how the big bad champs are coming into the game to "eat" the underdogs and make them "earn their stripes" it didnt translate.

Exactly. Having the Champions get to the oasis first would've been a mistake. They were pampered in LA while the UDs were competing and earning their spot in the game, it's awesome that they got to the house first and it's only fair. They deserved it.
I don't get the whole set up. First issue I had... they should have have had 1 or 2 more male and female champ enter the game or have had less underdog make it to the oasis. 2nd issue the whole elimation set up is dumb. I would have been okay with a ruins like set up where they would match up against eachother but in reality I would have much rather prefered a cut throat elimination like set up where it would still be champ v champ and underdog v underdog but daily challenges actually matter and the winning team wouldn't have to have an elimination and this would have truly been a team v team thing. I think the challenge is ******* up by making all these complex challenges and trying to add twists to every challenge.

Zach is transparent; he wants to sidle up to Johnny and form an alliance (or kiss *** depending on how you view it) knowing that Johnny is probably the strongest male champ there. Out of the four male champs there, Zach is by and far the weakest link, so if they're in the position of having to play the elimination game within their group he knows he's going to be first on the chopping block. He's playing head games by trying to reinforce the idea that CT is the weakest male champ so that they'll target CT before they target him [Zach]. It's exactly what I would do if I were in the same position. I'd deflect all day and try to cast someone else as the weaker player.
Man. Even the audience want to kiss the champs *****...
This is utterly disgusting...
I mean no wonder why the vets act entitled and why Backpack specifically seems to have a big head when it comes to this show: Not only do the people on the show kiss worship him/kiss his ***, but the **** people that WATCH the show do it too.

LOL. People are like Ashley who? But in reality Ashley was a one and done champion who kept her mouth shut and was non-annoying in her win.
Cara has flopped over and over and over and is mentally weak and filled with self doubt. Ashley is chill and zen. Cara is truly the flimsiest of the female champs.
big age

how are we supposed to know that?

The entire season has been disorganized tbh
