Kelly, Sierra, Natalie, Cydney, Ozzy, Wendell, Woo, Joe4 Survivor Women and Men off the top of my head check enough boxes to compete well on the challenge.
The Challenge isn’t America Ninja Warrior or some ESPN strength contest...it requires personality, entertainment, and charisma. The only two you mentioned that would remotely fit in were Natalie and Cydney.
in the past yeah sure when they were eating cookies but the challenges and eliminations just get more cross fit like.
You need a healthy mix, Survivor isn’t bringing personality and entertainment out of all of the reality competition shows it’s the one that specifically rewards and focuses on skill. Whether it be socially or through immunities. Survivor players would be bringing skill to the Challenge
“Entertainment and Personality” yeah as the token skinny non athletic sassy averagely pretty girl loses in the opening purge and every one says she was robbed lol

She would? I don't see her being that athletic.
I could've sworn she won an immunity after the merge.
She did, she won the domino one with all the trip wires. The problem is there isn't really much overlap between the challenges on survivor and on the challenge.
Disagree, individual challenges are much harder than pre-merge. I'd say if anyone can win an individual challenge they could excel on The Challenge except if it's luck based immunity.
So Keith, Tai, Katie, David, COURTNEY would all excel?
You capitalized Courtney and probably didn't know she's my fave lol. Yes, if they were given a puzzle, eating, or swimming they'd do really good.
I love courtney but she's not excelling in anything challenge related
the challenges in survivor are 1 a lot easier, and 2 gender balanced. Being able to stand still for an hour on a beam isn't gonna translate to running a final or jumping from platforms 40 feet in the air.

Okay but you realize they're also doing that on a bowl of rice a day while also sleeping in the woods, right?

Yes, that's why they don't do super hard challenges, they don't want people passing out. My point still stands that you really can't expect anyone who won an individual immunity to excel at the challenge. There are plenty of people who won that would get their shit rocked on the show.

A lot of their challenges are still really physical. It's not all just standing on a beam for hours on end.

agreed that’s why earlier when I listed the 8 ones off the top of my head they were physically fit, with brains as well. Those are the kind of castaways that would do well....not some random skinny chick who won a balancing individual immunity

I don't think you get what I'm saying. I'm saying blindly going "if they won immunity than they can do well on the challenge" is hilarious.
^^^^ I have no doubt that the Survivor cast would do well on this show for that reason alone tbh.....they're coming from the harder show lol
There are a lot that would crush it, but not everyone, **** Michaela won less immunities than troyzan, but who do you think does better?
There is difference in types of Survivor challenges. I specifically remember a tribal reward challenge where Michaela dragged******* through the water in order to get a ring to her tribes post.
What's the difference between accepting the call and getting a final call? Like..when they accept the call for a new season..what does that ACTUALLY mean?

it just means that the producers called them and asked if they were available for the filming dates and they said yes. Shortly before the actual leave date they finalize a cast and give final calls.
getting the first call means little to nothing except you’re on a shortlist

Oh well yeah obviously. I mean, no one ever really knows how well people will do on the show until they actually compete. It just felt like you were undercutting how physically taxing Survivor can be as if The Challenge was the harder show.
What's the difference between accepting the call and getting a final call? Like..when they accept the call for a new season..what does that ACTUALLY mean?
First calls just means that they called to see if you're available. Like if you're in school during filming dates or can't get time off work, you'd decline the first call. They then take who is available and finalize a theme and cast, and that's when final calls go out to actually be on the season.

I was specifically mentioning the challenges, the challenges themselves are not what makes survivor hard, it's everything else. No shit survivor is a million times harder, there are plenty of challenges on there that could show people doing well on a challenge but not all.
like your boyfriend cory

I hope the newbies don't give Bananas or Cara any camera time this season.

We need Candice from BB15 on this. "This is Candyland"
No we don't. I feel like she'd do badly on this.
