I love how bgc girls acts like if a casting directors approach them they were going to be 100% on the cast....When in reality hundreds of reality stars , famous people kids and other random "known" people got the same exact message. After that email there is a long process ahead and only a few make the cast.

Absolutely not the same thing since, Black women are taught from birth that they’re naturally unattractive.
We’re taught that White is better : clever, smarter, more well-educated, cuter, etc...! White women are the standard of beauty, so it makes sense that Black women are trying to reach that standard, since they’re taught that’s the only way to be somehow attractive.
Black women however, are the antipode of beauty standards, thus why White women specifically try to destroy their so called « natural beauty » to « downgrade » by having Black features ? It makes no sense... AT ALL !
