If she’s buying a house in MI, depending on where she buys it she can get a really nice house up here for a decent amount of money. So good for her. If her parents don’t care about her living with them it’s not a big deal. 

People try to rush and be “grown”(i’ve seen it happen a few times with people I know) and regret doing it. Because they weren’t able to save up like they want to now so it makes things a little harder.

I agree that there’s nothing wrong with living with your parents, if anything it’s the smartest decision. Most people live with their parents for free so they can save all their money or spend how they want. I moved out on my own at 20 and realize now I should’ve stayed home and saved as much as I could. To each their own though..

Yes buying a house in Michigan is a lot easier than buying one in on Long Island   Long Island housing and taxes are insane.

Nothing wrong with Jenna staying home if she is saving to purchase a home. Too many people try to tell young adults when they need to leave home and that is how they end up on the streets or remaining in some toxic relationship just to keep a roof over their head.
