Yeah Trinity failed at that... Totally counted on her “gag” to win, whereas Latrice actually did a lip synch. Monet was right there was no correlation at all with her performance.
Edit: someone just posted on tumblr “bold of people to assume trinity tried to win” which... makes a good point. Maybe she didn’t want to win bc she didn’t want to make the decision/send her best friend in the comp home.
Although I really hope this episode airing the day after the planned cast reveal for s11 isn’t foreshadowing a Plastique Tiara win given it was a “plastique fantastique” runway

I don’t think Trinity was trying to win at all, seemed obvious to me.
Edit: Trinity actually said on Twitter that she did it on purpose and just did it because she wanted to, not to win.

Not really a big deal.. Strategy is a part of it when they changed it to lip sync for your legacy.
Let's break it down though. She basically threw the lip synch because she didnt want to choose between two queens (which is part of winning) and the more you win, the better your track record if it comes down to a jury again... One of the bottom queens being someone who has been consistently high-safe, while the other was their third time in the bottom. Just so happens that the worse queen of the two was Trinitys best friend on the show. So she threw it so she didnt have to eliminate her, when it would have been valid to without getting blood on her hands if she was really that worried. Especially after Valentina said she'd eliminate Trinity if she could. Idk, throwing a lip synch is a cowardice move to me... you're there to win, so win. *shrugs*
The whole challenge just seems stretchy to me. Obviously a makeover, and yes they tied in Judy Garland, but it couldn't just be best friends makeover? Or go all-out with a Judy themed mini and maxi challenge?
agreed. And I'll be ****** if Manila goes home. Not because im rooting for her, but because latrice was already eliminated and is back in the bottom AGAIN. Whereas this is Manila's first.
If Naomi wins, she's sending ManilaMonet I think is sending Latrice. If that's the case, go Monet for once.
i don’t think naomi will send Manila because last week naomi was talking about how it should still be based on track record and not friendship so if she returns the favor to Latrice and sends home Manila, that’s hypocritical of her. I think she’ll save Manila.

I’m just mainly upset my top two queens I was rooting for was Naomi and Manila and of course one sends the other home.
Ru really should have interjected and said Latrice goes home. She KNOWS better.
Season 9's top 4 was one of the strongest ever in my opinion so if Trin won this season, I'd be okay with it.
Anyway... like I said this was a terrible day and Manila going home (as I kinda predicted) was the cherry on top.
The way that all stars is set up REALLY sucks.
I dunno, I like it in ways. If you're not on top, you're in the bottom. And there are ways for the cream to rise, Alaska did it.
ALSO can we talk about how latrice was in a gown AGAIN. She’s the Eureka of gowns but won’t ever get clocked for it.
