This is what I think it is to. I don't think Josh would solidly align with anyone other than Day and Paulie.. and Day and Paulie can go either way, depending on what best suits their game. Which is smart.

I felt bad so bad for him this episode. Dude was falling head over heels for Amanda and she wasn’t into it at all.
Overall really liked Josh but I can’t help but feel a lot of it was due to him being Amanda’s partner. He would have more than likely been a useless Bananas sheep otherwise.
