Kyle was deadset on Paulie, Cara & Kam are friends and her and Theo are a thing, and Georgia/Ash are Team UK
Hunter could have put in Kam/Ashley
He couldn't vote for them - they were not one of the 3 teams selected by the tribunal and Georgia would have never agreed to nominate them. Someone else would have had to do it and they didn't for the above stated reasons (Cara/Theo are friends with Kam/Ash, Kyle is voting in Paulie regardless).
