What a stupid mentality that you think you can have an opinion on what goes on in the black community.

what a stupid mentality that you think people aren't allowed to. I understand the situation. In my eyes, Wes isn't trying to paint her as the angry black woman, he's trying to get under her skin and come for her at a personal level and it's obviously working. He took it too far, but he's done it before. It has nothing to do with her being black and everything to do with Wes playing his games and backing it up anyway he can. I also understand that Day is 1. Sensitive and 2. Very aware of how she can be portrayed. So obviously getting under her skin with her being a mom plays into what he wants he's using old receipts to tie his story together but doesn't understand she, as a black woman, will not stand for being disrespected but also will not stand for being portrayed as an angry black woman in the eyes of casual viewers. Im team Day, as I get it and am especially tired of people coming for mothers but not fathers on this show, so instead of coming for people and acting like they can't have opinions, why don't you try better to convey what you are trying to say.

Save the speech for someone who cares because it's definitely not me.

then don't tell people to exit and not have opinions if you are gonna be closed off yourself

I'm gonna do whatever the **** I want to that's for starters and secondly like I said, I don't care about your opinions or statements therefore I'm "closed off".

cool, and everyone else will continue to have opinions and you'll just have to learn to deal with it. Have a good one Smile

Bringing up a bad thing someone said once does not discredit their opinions on all subjects, what a stupid mentality lol

He said it multiple times and if he wants to say that some people are being toxic and taking shit too serious then he needs to look in the mirror first.

The point is that even though that may not have been Wes’s intentions, him lying about receiving a death threat gave people an opportunity to twist the situation because of her race. The fact that he used the old tweets from Shane as if they were from yesterday was him fanning the flame. He portrayed her as a hoodrat from Inglewood who has killers in her family to do her bidding. You can’t relate to feeling stereotyped that way, so how can you understand?

And hes also NEVER apologized. Alot of people let is slide considering it was directed toward a less-liked cast member. When I initially brought it up he tried to continue being snarky by saying anyone coming out of Susie will be horrible like her ****

I made that comment one time, which is still unacceptable. It was an awful thing to say and I completely regret it, not much more I can do. That was a couple of years ago and I’ve grown and learned.

I appreciate the response and I definitely get the full extent of it now. So thank you.

My main point of my response was that all people can relate if you take the time to formulate the full picture instead of just saying “you can’t talk about it unless you’re black” like idiot sourcup.

"Ive really grown " ... **** into what?

People really are slow... there is no “all people can relate” tell me how exactly you can relate to stereotypes given to black people and other issues in the black community and you’re a whole white person? Make it make sense. Just because I said something truthful that you don’t like, doesn’t mean I’m an idiot.

I've grown to realize making below the belt comments isn't ok. It's not ok to say awful things for the shock value. Even the comments about Nicole's make up I made very recently isn't ok. They are real people with feelings and I'm trying to do a better job of realizing that even when I comment here. I've said awful stuff...I own that and apologize.

people can maybe not relate to all situations but they can understand if there’s open dialogue, which won’t happen if you tell people to stop talking or having opinions. Like I said, I don’t expect people to relate to all LGBT issues but I also don’t silence them and tell them not to have opinions because they’ll never understand if I just shut them up

I know i'm late but it's funny how wes acts big and bad, and he threatened bear and said he'd beat his *** if they weren't on a show RIGHT before that altercation with da'vonne, and no one had a problem with it. but when he attacks a black woman and she defends herself, suddenly he's the poor little victim and she's the violent one. make it make sense.

I mean I know she wasn’t on this season, but even Marie tweeted that she couldn’t see Da’Vonne saying something like that. About “my boys” or “kill you”, I agree lol. It’s not in her character.

If that's true that is growth.

But when Wes said it on exes 1...nvm

Did anyone see angela just end the **** outta mrie?? JESUS
