Obviously we are just guessing the format until the lock gets updated, but definitely can see this being a Rivals 4. I don’t think the extra effort to reignite the Wes/Johnny rivalry was an accident. Plus all previous three seasons had like 2-3 real rivalries and then a bunch of reaches.
I don't think it's Rivals, but if it is, I think Wes would be with Bear, and Johnny with Zach.

Those are the only few I could conceivably see being put together if it were that format. Again, not saying this is Rivals. But it looks like they're incorporating a lot of past relationships on this. I wouldn't be able to see who they would pair with Laurel, so I'm learning more towards another Vendettas. Then you'd be able to say Laurel/Cara, Bananas/Zach, Bananas/Wes, & more.
But is anyone else upset that faith got cast for this season over Angela? ESPECIALLY being the reason her and Angela lost that elimination!! (if it was just her she would’ve beat HUNTER & ASHLEY)
I hope it isn’t rivals 4. I don’t wanna see Theo paired with Leroy. But if that happens then I guess i’ll have to root for them. Maybe Theo can help him finally win one
I don't hate Hunter but all he does is drunken roid rage and suck at puzzles and endurance. I wouldn't say he's the most exciting competitor.
Hunter at least as a story, an arc, something. He interacts with other players. He's cried. He's showed a wave of emotion.Gus is Gus.
don't get me twisted. I would 10x prefer Hunter to Gus. I love TYB. Gus is a bad casting decision when you have Jeremiah (who can actually compete) and a bunch of people who are actually entertaining (Nelson, Marlon, Shane).

IMO the cast is shaping up to be pretty good. Tori, Faith, Kayleigh, Joss weren't on last season (Ashley barely was), Rogan hasn't been on in two and we barely saw him, Laurel hasn't been on in like 4 seasons, Jordan hasn't been on in 3 seasons, then all of the prospects coming back are only on their second season and Wes and Nany took a long break before coming back last season so they're still kinda fresh.
Depends on format for Ashley and Nany. If it is a team challenge which I doubt they'll be protected for quite a while along with Laurel and Cara.
