I'm prone to not believe it when only the losing person/team says TJ said not to do something that the winning team did. Like when Paulie said production told him the bands would the same tightness on that elimination on FR and picked Kam/Kayleigh as a result or when Cara said TJ told her she couldn't wrap herself in rope on that one challenge on Invasion with the flipping platform in the sky but Camila did it a lot.

It wasn't on a different side than the rest - it's pretty much in line with a bunch that were on the side. See the pic below that shows another branch higher up in line. When they do the wide shot of the tree, there are several like that - edited to add the wider shot.
Ninja's tree had the same branches on the far side but on the opposite side. Their trees were exactly the same in terms of hole placement so when they faced the "side" branches were facing different directions (Laurel's to the back, Ninja's to the crowd).
I'm glad Laurel gave them shit before leaving. Like I think she made a mistake but it was ****** up they just let Ninja run back up to ring her bell after blowing the horn to indicate Laurel had "won".
The season will be less good without Laurel there.

The rest of the team wanted Dee and Idris on the tribunal even when Georgia wanted to be speaker, so wouldn't they have still been on it with Kyle? So the voting likely would have been the same and for Laurel.
CT isn't going to screw over a friend when it's that direct. Burning a vote and her ending up there isn't as much on him as him directly picking the guy planning to vote her in.
