For me probablly Georgia for the girls, i assumed she'd be a nothing charcter, weak and who'd be out early. For the guys...im not really sure..i guess i thought Fessy would be slow but i woldnt say hes been a surprise.

Yeah Georgia was my first thought as well and I can't think of a guy....Shane in his return? or maybe Derrick H being as bad as he was? I think we used to get more surprises but it's fairly predictable now.
Georgia definitely. Everyone expected her to be just drama but she turned out to be a great KellyAnne-type underdog competitor
For guys...that's tough. I guess people were really surprised Kyle finished second for guys on Vendettas when on paper he looked weak and scrawny. They weren't wrong but I don't think anyone expected kyle to do so well on the final.

I still think Ashley had potential if he laid off the roids and came back a little leaner. That's what Rogan did and he was way better after leaning out

Let's not forget she saw 3 eliminations on Champs vs Pros. Granted she lost the last to Lolo, but Ashley fully kept up with her, and Lolo was exhausted after. It's either y'all underestimate Ashley or you overestimate Lolo imo
