So I have only been watching the challenge since The Inferno 1. The season right after Laterrian stopped doing these after looking at the challenge wiki. So I had no idea who tf he was. But holy shit after watching him this season he is def one of my favorite challengers. He is awesome. Really good competitor and a awesome reality tv character. I want to see more of him ****it! If they do a season 2 of this I hope he is back. He is no bullshit and tells it like it is. We need more people like him on the show.
LT is a pleasant surprise. He wasn't particularly good on previous challenges - just alright on Extreme and bad on the Gauntlet. Weirdly hype for how meh he was at the time.
I think he got a lot hate after the Gauntlet because while he was one of the worst on his team, he kept letting them vote in Sarah as an easy scapegoat.
But on All-Stars, LT is one of the best people on the show imo. Performs well, decent commentary, stand-up kind of guy. Hope he's back for other seasons.
And didn't someone say there are ten episodes? Next episode is #7 but the final starts in episode 8? So maybe episode 8 and 9 are the final and 10 is the reunion? They rushed the **** out of this for no reason. This season has been 11/10 so far.
They probably didn't have much faith in it being as good as it is cuz this was supposed to be a mini season.

it was a "mini" season because that matched the time cast some cast could be away from home/work/family. Post-COVID, there is every expectation that there can be a few more episodes added.

Kind of a bummer they had to do that with this season and it kinda screwed up the format with the double elims. It is what it is I guess. Hopefully some of those people get to return!
Yes, lbr is right. On the Gauntlet, believe it or not, Laterrian was a terrible competitor and not very likable. The exact opposite of how he was this challenge. Still, if he wanted to win and win money, and he had a legitimate chance, then that was a dumb (if noble) move. Period.
Mark said he didn't vibe with Kendal because their personalities are different. He's more relaxed and she was a bit high strung for him. I can see that. Mark to me (with all due respect for this show) walks around with a lot of ego and wanting everyone to like him. Kendal probably is more of the neurotic type who overthinks things (I relate, haha) and didn't care if people were put off by her not trying to be in the in-crowd and do alliance talk because you have to realize, SHE probably didn't trust them.
Still, I have to agree with Jimmy again. I'm not into the whole volunteering thing again and again.
Oh and Jonna stans peep that convo with Katie in the beginning? My two favorites. They are both so adorable and realistic too. Katie is so humble that you just know she didn't even make that queen crown and it turns out she didn't. Yes did. haha.
Didn't they show what looked like Katie and Aneesa arguing in a preview? Why didn't they show that?
this season has been iconic tho but waaaaay too rushed both the entire season and each episode. Shame neither are longer
They didn't argued they are friends they did playing around and knew it would be shown on the trailer according to Aneesa. Aneesa is known for doing stuff like that.
Allegedly Ruthie assaulted Nehemiah and a lot of people wanted her sent home for it prior to this episode. If she didn't win the comp do you think she would have been sent in and beat Kendal?
Aneesa - LT calling her the elimination queen and then Aneesa saying that "your girls still got it". Lol, please. First of all, an 11-11 record is mediocre. Second, you only "won" that challenge because Alton is an atheltic freak, other than running :), and Syrus had a bum ankle that he had to land on over and over. So let's stop acting like Aneesa is good at all.
Jonna saying that TJ stirred s**t up by throwing in the twist. I reallly doubt that guy has any say in anything. He is a mouth piece at best. Production comes up with all of these "twists" and finals. So let's back off of giving TJ credit or ownership of anything.
Katie stating that she is self aware. Good for her! A few of these others need to follow suit. (Aneesa, Jisela, Jemmye)
Jemmye is unable to EVER stand still. Anytime they have to stand and listen to TJ, or even when she is standing up talking to someone, that girl has to sway back and forth like a pinata in the wind.
Jemmye saying that she wasn't sure if puzzle was right or not and them going directly to a shot of her puzzle showing it was nowhere close to being right
Loved the arena battle and LT's sportsmanship, both basically telling Katie that he would be ok going in and saying that he lost to a better competitor. (Take notes Syrus)

Of course they say TJ's twist. They aren't going to say production's twist. I know people dislike TJ but we're reaching.
Aneesa is the original elimination queen so deserved or not she'll always have people calling her that. And LT probably doesn't know who Evelyn Cara Laurel Cara etc are so he doesn't know better
I agree with the rest but will admit as annoying as Jemmye is she's been right about everything and plays a very strong strategic game.

its giving zach vs cj

I love how Beth goes home and production is like alright let's start wrapping it up XD they know no Beth no show
Didn't they show what looked like Katie and Aneesa arguing in a preview? Why didn't they show that?

Montana got a shout out on the After Show <3 lol also Darrell knows his history!
I still would love a Montana/Beth reunion <3

Just watched the episode... I never thought I'd be an LT fan. But man he's a dog! ******* respect to him! Would love to see him back on the 2nd season
Great episode! A few thoughts though...
