The Challenge: Ride or Dies- Darrell Taylor and Veronica Portillo

sarah and cara both benefited from the producers that season. That said, Cara's inferno 3 is actually pretty good when you realize she was barely trying the whole time.

Cara is very underrated as a competitor and I'm not sure why.  Maybe because she was helping Susie or because she wasn't as competitive driven as someone like Veronica but Cara was far better than Sarah.  Sarah was great at Dead Man's Drop but production screwed Rachel B in the one elimination to keep Sarah in the game.

Lol not trying to hate on Cara Z, I just remember her not being great on the Gauntlet. Maybe better than Sarah but not by much. She and Sarah were the only ones to DQ on the rock wall, she was out in the first round in muddy balls and battleship, she abstained from competing in red baron and towering inferno b/c she doesnt like heights, and she was out very quickly in turntable (which the women excelled at). I only remember her making it far in snake soup and doing decent on rolling on the river. Sarah did better than Cara in 3/5 "see how long you can do this" challenges and never abstained from a mission. And yes I totally agree about poor Rachel B but I always thought production probably did the same thing against Theo & Cara. Sorry info overload, Gauntlet 1 is my absolutle favorite challenge lol

The Gauntlet is also my favorite season and I think Cara completely outperformed Sarah.  I don't have a problem with people sitting out when it doesn't hurt the team.  Cara's very underreated IMO--she performed solidly even when "throwing" missions on I3.  She was good on G2 as well but Kina wanted to protect her RR cast and the guys weren't going to allow her to target Susie.  The only time Cara ever truly did poorly when she tried was the elimination to Kina (don't think she spoke to anyone to know any answers) and the rock wall--though I still think she did better than Sarah on that one  lol

Rachel B should have done so many more--she was a very good competitor and very likeable.  Irulan/Arissa ****** off production and they screwed Rachel.

I LOVE me some Rachel B., never liked Arissa or Irulan. But Rachel just never seemed the type to be a serial challenger. I also am so upset we never got to see Malik. I remember hearing we was on the short list to be on the Gauntlet but that fell through

Arissa? She wasn't even on the Gauntlet so tf y'all naming her for?

Also how did production screw Rachel over in her elimination against Sarah? As far as I'm concerned Sarah won all 5 of her gauntlets fair and square. Confused as to the rewriting of history going on by y'all rn. Did I miss something? Surely I must've.

Sarah literally cheated on that elimination and they sped up Rachel's "horse"   it was well known that production was in a fight with Irulan and Alton at that time and screwed over Rachel.  Not a secret.  Sarah won her Dead Man's Drops fairly

So are you both admitting you confused Arissa for.... Alton? Lol...

Not sure when Sarah cheated. Rachel was holding on with both hands for a few seconds before she dropped, which was against the rules anyway. Sarah always used one hand only as they were supposed to.

A **** and a ****.

I never said Arissa

Sarah wasn't sitting up--she was laying on the "horse".  Sarah should have been DQ'd long before Rachel put both hands on it.

Reread your post because you and MontanaGaveMeWine both said Irulan and Arissa instead of Alton ****. I mean it's ok, you can still edit it <3

And not once did the rules state that you couldn't lie down on the bull. The rules did clearly state however that using both hands would result in a DQ, which ironically (given the other poster's name) is what happened to Montana when she lost to Katie. Rachel would've gotten DQ'ed had the bull not swung her *** off it so quick.

The one ride em cowboy that definitely was unfair was Theo vs. Cara Z because they made Theo's bull run faster due to the gender difference. They should've just kept Ride 'Em Cowboy a same-sex elimination.

Anyway I'll stop talking about the gauntlet now unless y'all continue spewing bs ****

Sarah absolutely cheated in Ride Em Cowboy--arguing otherwise is simply bias.  And I like Sarah I'm just not being ridiculous.  Again, this is a story that's been around for 2 decades

Lol but you imply the elimination was rigged against Rachel because of Alton/Irulan (which already doesn't make sense but ok)

So then which one is it? Sarah cheated or 'production screwed Rachel over'?

I'm confused.  How does production beefing with Alton/Irulan screw Rachel?

Y'all not about to make this thread a gauntlet history lesson! especially when the conversation has nothing to do with Veronica or Darrell.

back on topic

Both occurred...and literally everyone from the Gauntlet confirmed including Sarah

I'm confused.  How does production beefing with Alton/Irulan screw Rachel?

They were on the same team.  Again this has been talked about for 1 decades.  Not sure why anyone suddenly is acting like this is new info.  Literally 2 decades

so far 'this info' you keep referring to seems like info only you have ever seen or known about

where is it documented that this all happened? How do I know it isn't just a figment of your imagination.

I've never heard this theory.  If anything I heard production screwed Rachel to keep Sarah's underdog story going.

I've never heard this theory.  If anything I nay have heard production screwed Rachel to keep Sarah's underdog story going.  KVM you probably eat, sleep & dream the challenge so this may be you confusing reality with your wild fan fic ideas in your head.

Not confusing it at all.  Irulan and Alton had a huge fight with production in the hours prior to the elimination.   I don't even know why someone would pretend that was fan fiction.  Next people will say Alton and Irulan were easy for production to work with.

No one is disputing that Alton & Irulan had production vexed, dumdum.  How you make the correlation between that & Rachel losing her supposedly rigged elimination is what we're questioning.   Pay attention.  Unless a cast member has stated this, then you're just pulling this conspiracy theory out of your ***.

This thread was broken when claims that Cara is a good competitor were made.  Cara is great reality tv.....but she is Casy level at best

They weren't going ever win but they brought more to show than almost any team besides jay Michelle. Gone too soon

lol no she's not--the reason she had to "throw challenges" was because she was fully capable of beating Susie.  Cara's not elite or great but she was solid.  On G2 she was in the middle as well.  I'd take her any day over Ibis.  She's not even close to Casey's level let alone "at best".

Why is Veronica complaining about her experience this time? She seems like a chronic complainer.

Will always be mother and father they're welcome on any season

Me and Veronica came a LONG way I couldn't stand this grandma a year ago now she's got a mother card.......I need to see her on AS4 and preferably without a injury lingering

I don't blame her. They went in almost every single elimination
