Rachel has only competed in 3 eliminations if you count the face offs from The Island as eliminations. She beat Tyrie and Jasmine after Aneesa fell off in the X Knocks the Spot elimination but she lost to Paula and Dunbar in the other elimination.

I wouldn't say Kellyanne is a bad competitor she is usually solid or one of the better girls every challenge she is on.
