Olivia's grandma or something liked that comment and everyone assumed that meant it was reality. I think PR only ever said that she got injured and was getting free plastic surgery from MTV

I think PR did say that, she was probably like she was trolling like she did with Ashli on All-Stars 2 and Jillian, Lori on the non-champion 4 country battle.
