The Challenge All Stars: Real World vs. Road Rules
Format: two players eliminated each round (one player from each team). Male/Female rounds. Process is repeated till there are 2 men, 2 women left on each team. Eliminations are 2 per round, 1 Real World elimination and 1 Road Rules elimination. The last place man or woman from each team goes in. The winning team for that round chooses who faces the losers from BOTH teams. Two teams of 4 in the Final, Final is reminiscent of the OG challenge seasons (traveling across the country) / an Amazing Race style final. Up the prize money to $1million split between the Final 4 of the winning team.

Format: 30 Challengers arrive to play an ultimate game of The Challenge. After the first daily, the top four players from each gender receive a power for the season. This season is like no other, much like Free Agents & Dirty 30 challenges will be played in teams, pairs, or individuals on any given day. Here's the twist, each challenge there will be an MVP (male and female) and those two are safe from elimination. The first couple of players after them will go into a draw where if they pick the Havoc card, they must immediately send in one of the bottom performing players from that daily into elimination.
THE REWIND: Cancel elimination completely
THE NULLIFIER: Nullifies votes against you but you can be voted in if chosen by the draw
THE LIFE SHIELD: Like the old school challenges you can use this to save yourself or a friend in need.
THE GRENADE: The power to give out a disadvantage to any given player. If it's a team challenge, it affects the whole team.
You have limited time to use the powers in the game before they have no use. Once all powers are used, they're GONE. There is no more powers. If you are eliminated with a power, you may it give to someone else. Powers are only good for ONE use.

First challenge is similar to Dirty 30 purge. Part 1 top 5 players each gender are good, the top 4 of each gender getting their powers and the 5th place of each gender just earns safety from part 2. part 2 is the same except no powers are given, part three there will be one winner and that winner will be the last person safe. Honestly, the elimination results given the game played don't make much sense--at least a lot of them--should have just left that out to get the result you wanted. I love Roni but Jodi would murder her in Pole Wrestle.

Emily (TC Aus) was considered, and she'd take Jenn's spot if I did cast.
Asaf was here only because I wanted MTV people who had done a TC season already. But a few names from AYTO? and late-stage RW came to mind.
