I mean, Nelson's got an amputation and a minimum of two years of rehab to get functional with his prosthetic. He'll be nearing 40 before he could ever return and I really don't think you can do 50% of the stuff the Challenge does with one leg. He might return for one last "hurrah" in three or so years, but he's done.

objectively, i think the 'main' girls from 39 that should have a shot on 40 are nurys, olivia, michele, ravyn, melissa, and Big T. All the others were just filler. and still, i can easily go without michele or olivia. the other 4 i think proved their spots in future seasons.
zara im divided on cause it seems she did provide drama alongside competing well, but it seems they edited all of her shit out
as for the guys... i guess corey, jay, horacio, kyland, and asaf were the 'main' characters? but I don't want any of them back on besides kyland and maybe corey. once again the girls side eats the guys side up

total madness would have been a solid season if they didn't edit dee out. they could have just put the disclaimer that mtv doesn't condone her actions and that she won't be on future seasons. she was getting the psycho villain edit from the beginning anyway and having her spiral until getting eliminated by jenny would have perfectly fit into the optics of everything.
