They dont give two ***** about nehemiah either. Having that man break his diet of over a decade and making him extremely sick, just for a few months later to let vicky exclude eating meat in her contract, meanwhile shes eating chicken nuggets on the side. Vile.
It just shows their level of unprofessionalism. It's really gross tbh. Vicky is personal friends with Skye so she gets special privileges. Nobody will speak on it and be honest, look what they did to Shane when he did.
Janelle and Roni are two more that they should have used more. Janelle maybe was her choice but Roni was and still is very likeable. Wonder why Kefla didn't do more? If that was a decision by production they messed up.
Colorism and racism in this day and age is awful but it does exist. So all I can say is that this show and shows in general should try and be as diverse in their casting as possible.
So if they are casting the show of 32-40 people, they should try and hit at least 16-20 people of color. Obviously, there are some caveats to that and people shouldn't be cast just to fill a quota. But there at least should be a delicate balance.
Hence why I find it kinda egregious that someone like Amber B would be left out when she was one of very few women of color to win the show in YEARS.
The issue was not using Chanda Angel Marlon etc more than they were then overusing someone like Nelson. Casting made a ton of mistakes but the solution to that isn't to make more mistakes. They can easily have 40%-50% diversity without reaching if they pay the right people.
Angel should have done have done The Ruins and Cutthroat over Casey and Camila. I am sure she would have had a rival to be cast again. Would have loved a Kina/Angel team on either Rivals.
