It would've been nice to see Averey make a final as her OG stan on here, but she's simply not better than/have enough experience to beat Laurel or Cara in "finals" type stuff. She should be upset at herself that she let that moron Nicole and the ghost of Veronica steal her rightful 3rd place position for the women, but at most she missed out on an extra episode and 16k if she somehow managed to be Top 4 in that final.

Umm... anyway... Kind of annoyed there was a last chance at extra stars. I wanted those who played scared to pay the consequences. At least Ryan and Avery did.
The format of the final seems a bit jank. Eliminating a player at a checkpoint that lasts like 2 minutes seems unfair. A puzzle where you have to collect pieces, or an eating challenge seem better for that (though I can only assume we'll see that next episode).
Veronica was just wild. The way she didn't even flinch at the shocks.
The elimination challenge was kind of garbage. There probably should have been a time penalty for hitting the star instead, otherwise you had Ace, being like lol just hitting the entire star for funsies :D.

That's why I liked it; it truly was mind over matter. The contestants who weren't overly careful or who just dealt with their fear did the best. That's a good, neutral challenge to me.
Meanwhile Cara continues to speak positively about Laurel in her confessionals. Cara hasn't said a bad word about Laurel the entire season. Meanwhile Nicole was being emotionally manipulative and bragging to the camera about it. Cara is yet again a literal victim.
This is one of the most interesting starts to the final in a whileee like I was engaged the entire time from the purge, car challenge and to the shock one. But yeah Averey is just....

FINALLY got to watch the episode. I loved how they leaned into road rules with the RV but hate they didnt explicitly mention it.
