not really. as long as they understand that gay ppl have had to fight (literally) for decades to be able to have and maintain those spaces and therefore to be respectful. straight people get 99% of bars to act a fool, so let us have our places where we can do our own things without judgement from the outside world. more importantly though, if you bring a straight man or a boyfriend, make sure to keep them in line cause that's when it can get annoying. i've never seen it personally but i know many straight men will get offended or start shit with a gay guy there because they flirt with them under the impression that they are gay. and with alcohol involved, it can get messy.
you may see people online saying that straight people shouldn't go to gay bars at all because it should be just a safe space for lgbt people. but tbh that's unrealistic and everyone is welcome there, especially if you tip the bartenders well and support them financially, it helps keep them running.
statistically, many gay bars all over the us are shutting down and declining, so if you go there and support the business while also being respectful you are actually probably helping the community out
