In all honesty it's probably just as simple as: Michele was targeting her a lot because she's a threat and they didn't know eachother, and Jenny was annoyed by that.

Open-relationships usually have rules. He broke the rules. Same thing that happened with Britni. Cara doesn't want an open-relationship but settles for it cause she knows he's going to do it regardless and she doesn't have the self-worth to get out of the relationship. I'm fine with people having empathy for her, but the fact that she has a cult following who think she is a strong and tough women is scary. Scary in the sense that people lack basic awareness.
