In order to realize that Nany did NOT deserve to be a champion, she had to drown out the noise from each and every single time Nany whined about how she "deserves to be a champion," and that she did because she realized that she doesn't deserve to be a champion and tossed her into elimination! Truly impressive, and that's just among the many impressive things Cara Maria does!

If it's something similar to AS4 or even 39, I don't think Day's endurance will be that much of an issue.
Nicole and Melissa are bums mentally, and Melissa cannot swim. Sam is not going to have the endurance to run, either.
It boils down to Steve and Adam, running or not.
