Paramount doesn't want to promote the competition that's why they stopped casting love island after Olivia/Johnny. They dropped Johnny from 39 and dropped multiple islanders from USA2 for this exact reason. Someone like Kaylor or Liv would never do the challenge because the show only pays rookies around 1k a week and they get paid more just by posting on social media. The cbs people are desperate and aren't given any opportunities after their shows so they're more likely to say yes. I think they can cast from cbs and netflix but should interview these potential rookies multiple times before casting them. On Bravo/Peacock before someone is cast on a show they go through months of test filming in order to determine if they fit well with the show. Obviously you can't do that with The Challenge but they could put more of an effort when it comes to the overall casting process

s41 fantasy cast. i tried keeping it somewhat realistic, and focusing on drama/storylines. i chose a cast of 30 and included 7-8 vets, 2-3 from the intl spinoffs, and 5 rookies per gender.

Yeah, I think it's absolutely delusional to think that Paramount/Viacom are gonna reverse course and start adding more Peacock talent. The only reason they didn't drop Olivia was because they almost had a negligent manslaughter case on their hands.
