To be fair Scott they got the calls with just a few weeks to prepare so it's not like she had 6 months to prepare and she hasn't been on in like 15 years so it's not like she's staying in shape to compete. I don't care if I knew I was going to weigh someone down, I'm not turning down 5 figures and a paid for vacation! Sam is QUEEN for that!
It sucks that she cost Frank a win. He's the best individual competitor of the 8 people who made the final. Sam flopped so badly it's insane. With that being said, I love her!

She could've worked out a little bit and lost 5-10 pounds. She also could've worked out throughout the season so that she could be ready for the final and wouldn't have to make lame excuses such as not wanting to get sand in her shoes (?????????).

I didn't hate her this season, but I found all of San Diego to be unlikeable on BOTS2 and I forgot she was there most of this season.
She needs to workout, grow her hair out, throw on same makeup and show up as a baddie next season.
