Amazing Race: Ep. 4 - We Are No Longer in the Bible Belt
From the countryside to the concrete jungle, teams travel to Germany where they must navigate an unfamiliar and confusing train system without their teammates, take a dive over Hamburg and reunite for a nausea-inducing lesson in German gastronomy. I would love to be on this show, although I feel like I'd have to go back afterward and revisit every city to really take in the entire experience.

Did Caite catch a cleat or something? Or maybe deep vain thrombosis? You'd think in the Germany they'd have something other than Nike shoes. I personally like Diadora for sod.

Probably didn't stretch beforehand...easiest way to tear your quad is trying to kick a ball too hard after not stretching (because I never did that or anything...)
