The only thing I don't like about David A. is that you always know what kind of song he is going to perform.... It is always going to be a slow song. He tried to do a fast song... but wasn't very successful at it. What I do like about him is his personality and he does have a really good voice.... But I agree that David C should win.

I agree with you Phoenix, he completley messed up his beatles number. The judges weren't even horribly mean to him, as they were to past contestants, who forgot their lines. Which leads me to believe the judges already have their winner picked. Not to mention that his Dad is a huge mistake behind the scenes, I even think the dad is the one making the song choices!! I would love to see him win, he has so much talent.
But...I would like to see some one with a little bit more diversity in their choices, and great stage presence Just like David cook. No matter what happens he is pretty much gauranteed a record deal.

When she did that, I got so confused. I was really wondering what was going on- I thought I might have missed something. I've been thinking something hasn't been right with her for a while and I've read and heard people say that she's drunk all the time on the show. Now I'm really starting to think she's actually got some substance abuse problems and to be honest I wouldn't mind seeing her replaced.
Maybe it's me, but does anyone else ever watch American Idol and kind of wish that the person or group that the night was dedicated to was actually performing, instead of having these hackjobs ruin good music?
What's even worse is them getting raves for their efforts by the panel.
I guess I'm just cynical. ;)
You are so right Bacchus, with the exception of Mariah Carey, I would rather see the orginal singers of the songs. I almost cringe when someone picks a great song from the history of music!!
I watched vh1 rock honors and they were honoring Queen, I am not sure of his name but I think he was the lead singer of bad Company, he is definetley no Freddie mercury!!! There will never be nother Freddie Mercury!!!
Back to Idol... I cannot beleive Syesha is the last woman standing, I really thought it would be Carly! I know who will probably be in the final 2, but I would like to see Jason Castro win!!

I know I'm probably evil....but I'm GLAD Brooke went home!! And I love Syesha, she's got a great voice and I'm happy she made it this far (even though I am 'predicting' a David vs. David Finale)

Me too, Brooke was just so dull and lifeless on stage...Sure she has a nice voice, but not good enough to just stand there...she is no (boring) Mariah.
I hope to see Jason out next week. To me, he isn't stronger than the 3 he is competing with. But I think we all know who is going home next week (Syesha).
Well after tonights episode.... Jason needs to go home! He was the only one that did horrible to me. I was expecting David C to shine with the judges, but David A did a really good job (suprisingly). Syesha deserves to be in the final 3 over Jason. That is my thoughts on tonights episode.

Jason is from a city that is near Dal;las and from what I have heard he is tired of being there, he knows he made it far enough to get some offers...I think he messed up on purpose...did you see how he was kinda smirking after his 2nd performance?

Syesha gave me chills!!! I really hope Jason goes home, he doesn't want to be there. He wants to smoke a doob and perform at coffee shops and college quads!

I saw Syesha's second performance and I really iked it. She has grown so much. I didn't get to see either of Cook's performances but I am all for him getting second place, I don't want him to win though because I would like him to have some creative freedom when it comes to his album.
Someone above called it, Jason would be happy with his bong, performing for college students in a coffee shop ...or heck he would do great on a Willie Nelson tour, LOL. I bet Snoop would take him under his wing and hip hop him up a bit, LOL. (yes I am bored and allowing my overactive imagination to get away from me)

Vote for the worst is such a great idea! Nothing says fun like screwing with Fox. I have always enjoyed their influence. I have a thing for poll rigging. ;)

I have a gut feeling that Syesha is going home tonight.... I really don't want her to, but it aint like whoever doesn't go home tonight won't be going home next week. Two Davids are practically guarateed the final 2.
