Ask Beth Stolarczyk
Beth has been kind enough to sit down and answer some of our questions concerning her experiences with The Real World, The Challenge Series and beyond (via V1man.) All we need to do is jot down our inquires here and once we reach a critical mass, that information will be passed along to Beth. When she has a moment away from her busy schedule, she can go through them like a collective interview and share her thoughts and experiences with us. The list over at wikipedia has you on 7 extracurricular MTV events, making you the Queen of all Challenges! Which moment through all those trials and travails would you say was the most personally satisfying, that did not make it on the air?
There has been a surge of discussions on the internet concerning the large homogeneous body of Real World Rejects Fresh Meat kids on the Gauntlet this season. Some fans do not think that they properly embody the spirit of the series being it has always been about seeing your favorite former cast members (rather then just another competitive reality show.) How is this injection of non Real World/Road Rules cast members viewed by the genuine alumni, including yourself?

Do yo feel that the lack of real vets on challenges further splits up newer castmates from older ones? What are your thoughts on Danny from Austin having so much anger towards everything?
Rumor has it that you worked for some big names in Rock & Roll previous to your date with destiny and The Real World. Can you tell us a little about your life before the show?
Of all of the early season Real World cast members (season 1-5) do you keep in contact with/hear about any of them? I'm interested to hear any experiences you have had with say, Puck, if any. Also, what motivates you to keep doing the challenges even though it unfortunately always seems to be a given that you are target numero uno to get out of there? I have noticed that you work with people such as Tonya, Derrik, and others on your calender. Do you completely seperate these challenges and the fights and harsh words that are said from them from your real life? I was just wondering how you could be so forgiving of people who you have had beef with. How realistic do you think it is that some of the old vets will come back to do another challenge? Eric, Mark, Rachel, etc..... Also, please, pleaaaase never put Evan or Kenny in your sexiest men of reality tv calender. Although, I trust in your judgement and don't think that you will. ;)
Whoa, Katie...all good questions! I'm also interested in who you keep in touch with out of the older crew (Seasons 1-5). Any chance you can convince them to come aboard a challenge with you and have a REAL vets team instead of Fresh Meat kids...? Comparing the newer real world seasons with the old....What do you think the show has lost? Do you like the new "get drunk 24/7" format/storylines? What did The Real World mean to you during and post your experience in LA. How is DOMINIC and what's he doing lately? Living in the States? (ill think of more...)
On MTV.com you have singled out Brad a couple of times as a veteran guy you don't really have a problem with. However, from TV, all we can see is that he seems to be involved with throwing the women's mission with the rest of the men on his team. Is there a reason you respect him more than the others or something that we aren't seeing? When you are initially contacted to do a challenge, how much information are you given? It always seems like the cast comes in not knowing what to expect in terms of format, but how much of that is true to life? Since you've been around the BMP-verse for awhile and done challenges with different people over the years, are there any cast members in particular that you feel you have seen greatly mature or evolve from when you first met them to now?
I see that you are credited on IMDB for working on the movie Joe Dirt. Could you tell us about your experiences on set and maybe a little about the movie? Also, do you think that you could give us the dirt on current projects that you are working on?

Is it true that certain cast members won't do a challenge if a certain few others are showing up too?
In the Gauntlet 2, what was the REAL story behind Jo freaking out and quitting? There seemed to be something we didn't see in the show's edit.

(Which, incidentally, was hilarious.) It seems like you have a much better opinion of him coming off of this challenge. Did something change? Did he behave differently in a way that made you respect him more?
On the Duel, it seemed you and Kina were bitter enemies, and yet in your blogs you had generally positive things to say about her, what is the story there? Maybe editing did its thing?
For Beth: Now that you have seen the Gauntlet 3 in its entirety, is there anything that stands out, in terms of people or events, that you think were not portrayed accurately? If so, can you tell us how your perceptions were different (to whatever extent you are contractually allowed to)? Also, I would like to thank you for helping to unite Tori and Brad, because I loved them on this challenge--for me, they were a bright spot in what was overall a sort of meh show, and I wish we could have seen more of them and others who were generally having a good time and not just perpetually drunk and fighting. When you spoke to Brad about Tori, could you tell right away that he was interested in her also, or did he not know who she was, since she's a newbie? Frank has been kind enough to inform everyone in an interview that Brad was initially interested in Jillian... Were you annoyed that Brad voted for you for the Gauntlet after you helped him out? :) For other posters: Maybe after tomorrow's reunion show we should wrap this thread up and have V1man send it to Beth to look at at her convenience?

Lets watch the reunion (for that last bit of intel on the season) and then I'll put together a cleanly formatted word doc and pass that along to V1man.

Beth Coral totally dominated the reunion and seems that Ev is intimidated by her. Alot of people saw you 2 compete in a Gauntlet, but you guys didn't really clash. Everytime talks began about head female of mtv rw, it seems she always edges you out. Wouldn't you love to go toe to toe with her in a verbal war, mind games, etc in a upcoming challenge and take her position?
Not sure I get this question....Would she like to fight Coral for the fun of it? lol
LOL, that made me think of Julie wanting to wrestle Coral.
Let's declare the questions closed for now and give Beth a chance to repond. It will probably be a few days before we hear from her.
