If they got to restart from where they fell after the break, that would be extremely unfair.
If they got to restart from where they fell after the break, that would be extremely unfair.
It was a no win situation because of a mechanical failure. I think that they made the best decision by restarting them from where they were at the mechanical failure. If they got to restart from the beginning, they would have already developed a strategy and would have been able to done the first half more quickly because they wouldn't have to figure it out up there like the other teams. It didn't matter at all though because Team Vegas ended up winning.
I get the feeling from watching this challenge and from the San Diego reunion that Zach is way too much of a "nice guy" when it comes to women, and that he attracts women solely based on his looks.

I get what you about Zach. From watching these shows, for me he isn't interesting as a person at all. He is boring and has no interesting personality. He is good looking obviously but if I don't see him atractive as a man at all.
What do you mean?
Nate and/or Frank said Ashley wore the pants in their relationship at the reunion. He said Ashley ran over his heart. And the way he told Jonna he wanted to be yours and called her his Turkish Princess. And he wouldn't bang Ashley at the Real World House.
What looks? He is not attractive at all. Pure butterface.
Men care more about the pretty face. Women care more about the body type.
Men care more about the pretty face. Women care more about the body type.
Oh, really? Not true (at least, not for me). I think I've almost always heard that expression the other way around, though.
Second straight episode that didn't feature Ashley at all. Show me that hottie!!!
Second straight episode that didn't feature Ashley at all. Show me that hottie!!!
They showed her whens he was talking about Jasmine and I legit threw my hands in the air in excitement
Yeah Ashley got a segment to herself talking about Jasmine.
I used to hate Zach, but he turned into a mini Frank and now I love him!
At what point in the show was the Ashley segment about Jasmine? I watched the show again (DVR) last night and didn't see it?
At what point in the show was the Ashley segment about Jasmine? I watched the show again (DVR) last night and didn't see it?
Toward the end. It was one of those 30-second clips between commercials.
I honestly don't get Zach. On the show and for a while after it, he was all about not getting caught up in the debauchery of the show, not giving into temptation, etc. and then Ashley dumps him, he comes on the show and does exactly all of the above, like it's no big deal. I think he's over-compensating for the fact that he came off as a homophobe on the show, and so now he's trying to show the world he's not really like that, which is cool, but I feel like I see a completely different person on this challenge from his original season, and not just in the homophobe aspect, but his entire persona. his entire persona seems completely different.
It surprises me every day that nobody seems to see where he's really coming from. Even that therapist he consulted didn't diagnose him directly. Bipolar disorder is basically defined by mood swings of depression and mania that last several weeks, sometimes months before changing into the other extreme (Only in rare cases of Bipolar Disorder, after years the cycling becomes more rapid, but it's still not common for a switch within a week). Frank changes moods several times a day. Frank is the living image of Borderline Personality Disorder. And I wish that he would realize that, so he can work on it. It was funny to me when he had his first session with said therapist and the guy told him that he has enormous potential, if only he realized it (I don't understand how he could have beaten everybody else in RW history on his IQ test, but I definitely think he's not dumb). Right now, Frank doesn't realize and he's taking the easy way out by partying, having a gigantic ego and stomping all over everybody else so there wouldn't be a chance in **** he'd have to face himself. And hey, everybody keeps on feeding his ego and keeps on putting up with his bull****, what bigger confirmation could he get? You have to be on the very bottom to change, and he's on top of the world right now, because the world lets him be there. He's being a very ugly person right now, and that's probably because he couldn't confront himself with his issues. It would interest me what happened between him and Sam, because the way he treats her right now is another argument proving my point. Rejection, weakness, vulnerability, self-actualization, impulsivity, love turning to hate, some of the many topics with BPD. And that was my first post, thought I'd jump on the bandwagon here. :)
I don't get that, either, Sam always defended him in the house during their RW season. If it weren't for Sam, I don't think the cast would have ever given him a second chance after the way he acted.
I just read Frank's Interview and I gotta say that I love what he said about Johnny on his 10th question..and the rest of the interview is great too.

Frank sucks at life, whoever said he was one of the most polarizing castmembers....really?
So Frank's problem with Sam has to do with her inability to be on his intellectual level?
Frank sucks at life, whoever said he was one of the most polarizing castmembers....really?
polarize: to cause to concentrate about two conflicting or contrasting positions. Yeah, I'd say he fits that bill.
When the original cast list came out everybody knew this was going to be one of the teams to beat. I personally thought they would get to the finals by being the physically dominant team every time. Turns out they just run the politics because it's looking like Vegas and Cancun are physically dominating the game.
For those of you who keep up w/Afterbuzz, I absolutely loved Steamer's thoughts on this episode and the subsequent Afterbuzz commentary (they interviewed Jonna and Zach): "Every opinion I had while watching Zach on his San Diego season was drastically reinforced listening to this idiotic diatribe. While I appreciate his honesty, he came off as nothing more than a *********. His attacks on Eric were petty as while yeah Eric may be overly sensitive you have to admire the fact that he is trying to work himself into good shape. And all you had on him were fat jokes? Doesn't really speak much of his wit, let alone his character. He also had plenty to say about Trey and echoed what his new BFF Frank said two weeks ago about Trey being a fake who wants attention and camera time. And maybe that could be true, but what does it say about them that they both try to bait Trey on this show and on constantly on Twitter? Doesn't that make them desperately seeking attention (and maybe future camera time)? Kind of hypocritical (and again not the first time for either of those two)." via The Challenge: Battle of the Seasons - The Dark Knight -- AfterBuzzTV -- The Aftershow Network Side note: I absolutely loved reading Frank's interview w/Molds.

Holy **** Ashley is on this season ? I totally forgot about her.
"Team Brooklyn is softer than puppy ****." Wow Zack. Wow, great delivery and line. Such a way with words. I laughed so hard.*sarcasm* smh. Can't believe producers decided to air that part. I cringed so hard.
I don't get all this hatred for Frank..Well I do get it but people are acting like he is the spawn of Satan. I do think that he (and the rest of his team) need to chill out with that ego. But he isn't awful.
**** I can't believe there are people who think that Frank's actions don't make him despicable. 1) He's ******** and calls gays ******* when arguing on twitter 2) He says he's anti-bully but in this season you'll see how he constantly harasses Zito for his gay **** gig 3) He kept wanting so much attention from Zach and Ashley in the SD season to the point where he kept trying and trying to make them his friends even though sometimes people DON'T want to be friends with you 4) He thinks he's hot s*** trying to start fights with people when in reality a guy like CT or Darrell would destroy him and rearrange his face 5) He's the biggest and most annoying hypocrite/bigot I've ever seen on television I don't know how some people don't hate him. As for Zach, he's getting too cocky which is why I'm actually rooting for Alton and hope he doesn't back down from Zach just because he's about 5 inches taller and wider than him.

Honestly I like it when people bashes other people but in a funny way and not crossing a line, but after listening to the new afterbuzz tv podcast Zach totally set a bar high for *************. I'm glad that somebody spoke the truth about Zach.
Frank and Zach insult people on a whole new level. Their tweets and what they say in interviews is disgusting. Even the after buzz people were annoyed of what Zach was saying. They try to be funny but it is just downright mean.
