1. Well to be fair he can't run for **** I guess. 2/3 times he was sent home it was because he couldn't run. And on the final where Kenny helped him, Wes still helped Kenny with two of the eliminations they were in and nearly all the challenges they were in until the final one. 2. He could do it just for fun, or fame. The more he stays relevant on these shows the more he could bring business to his shop. Just a theory.
1) I don't see why this is turning into faulting Kenny's mistakes. Wes said he doesn't train for pair challenges, that's all I was saying...not that he sucked on Rivals. He performed well on a number of the day challenges, I'm not taking that away from him. But he claims that he's not at his peak on pairs challenges so if you're going to go why not go at your best. I personally don't believe the statement he made...especially if he thought he'd be paired with Kenny which meant he wouldn't have to work at all in the political side of things. Running and stamina are probably the most important things on this show...he won't ever win again if he doesn't fix that. 2) I do think he's there for the fame even if he claims he isn't. I don't think he's trying to bring himself business for his business though and if he is, he's probably failing at it. He can't advertise the yogurt place and most casual viewers of the show have no idea and it's not like he's scooping the ice cream himself. His other business is a small business incubator so I doubt a) most people using his service are watching this show and b) if they are they're probably not too impressed with the character he plays. Even if I were aware that he was playing a part, if the show was all I knew of him I'd be weary of him.
Pretty sure Kenny actually was the one who benefitted, if you break down the house im pretty sure things wouldnt shake down well for Kenny. Kenny was doing horrible in all the day to day challenges and Wes would not have been the one who got the DQ every one. So assume Kenny gets automatically sent in, he wouldnt last long in those elimination games they had, on top of that his main alliance members were tied to Wes main alliance. Evan tied to Nehemiah, Paula tied to Evelyn, Jenn tied to Mandi and there were alot of voters for Wes to pick up. Had he not been tied to Kenny he porbably would have went after alot of the other voters who were not part of JEK alliance and there were almost as many as were apart and had Wes divided his votes from JEK he would have had more.
Wes would not have more. If you divide the votes the only people he had locked were Mandi, Nehemiah and Evelyn. You have JEK, Tyler, Jenn, Paula, Sarah, Laurel, Cara Maria, Brandon and Ty (who are friends with Kenny/Johnny and voting with them in the beginning), Camila, Theresa (who hates Wes), and Adam King. Also, just because they weren't aligned with JEK doesn't mean they're working with Wes. CT could've rolled with Wes or Johnny on this one and he picked Johnny. Why would Jasmine, Jonna, Leroy, or Mike roll with Wes? Maybe he gets Davis and Tyrie (the worst male team). If Kenny wasn't Wes's partner, Kenny wouldn't have been there because he had no other Rivals. So had Wes not had Kenny and he lost, they would've thrown him against the best team in the house that wasn't safe, and if he didn't win he would've been thrown in by vote. Not JEK =/= Team Wes. Wes proved on this challenge that his political game isn't good...I highly doubt his ability to pull the neutral votes in the house, especially when they had all the other vets there telling them how bad of a move that was. Edit: Also..the only challenges that Kenny lost for Wes were the 3rd and 4th. All the other DQs were equal parts.
I dont think he does it for the fame, I think its for the money/apearance fees. But "fame" does get you more bar appearances. I dont think he wants to work in the entertainment industry like Kenny, I dont see him wanted to do hosting jobs or interviewing famouse people he seems to be into investing in buisneses as his main thing for a living and as an invetestor having extra money for barely doing anything is always usefull, more financial security I guess and I dont believe he's as wealthy as he says he is or he doesnt seem to show it (dressses to casual to be a millionair imo lol). I creeped his buisness website when he tweeted it and he seems to work with all these old guys and they didnt look like the type of dudes that watch MTV lol so I dont think he's trying to advertise his company on tv. Johnny says he has a degree but I dont get why he doenst use it? I guess a normal job would interfere with doing challenges and I guess they want to milk this mtv job for as long as they can before they're forced to get real jobs.

Perhaps he just likes to have a pool of easy women either on the show or as a result of being on the show; enjoys some of the cast's company; and these give him a chance to extend his adolescence a little while trying to escape the exciting world of paying lots and lots of business bills. Who knows, he may even be wife shopping through the show. In order to get to that, he would have to be invited back so he provides MTV with what they want in order for him to get to what he wants, whatever that is.
Not quoting your post but the people you named arent all voting with jek, brandon and ty for one, brandon worked with wes on fm2 and even said he would if he had the votes went against jek. Jenn worked with wes on fm2 and usually plays down the middle for her own benefit, katelynn sarahs partner worked with wes on fm2, robin and aneesa like wes and would have went with him, ct would have went against jek in this one, tyrie and davis, jonna and jasmine were rolling with who ever brandon was going with and that would be wes, mike and leroy would likely go with wes, im sure im forgetting some as i cant remember now but had they benn split the first elimination would have been likely camilla and theresea vs evelyn and paula. with out counting jenn and adding in nehemiah, evelyn and mandi that is 16 Wes didnt prove his political game bad this challenge, there were no options, it was him going in now or going in mid way quitely and going home, the people with the strongest female partners control the game. No vote, wes had fm2 house in his pocket and had kenny not had laurel he would have been in the finals with his alliance instead of kenny. No vote there is not much to do.
I read somewhere that Kenny was going to be on RW Austin but got replaced by Wes. Is there any truth to that? Or just Kenny fans throwing jabs at Wes again?
I read somewhere that Kenny was going to be on RW Austin but got replaced by Wes. Is there any truth to that? He said that the real world he was auditioning for was Austin, he got all the way to the final and got a call saying that he didn't make it. It just so happens that Wes was on that season so i guess people are twisting words here. But if you watch the interview, it's very clear.
Ever Since Fresh Meat 2 Wes has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I get that it's a character but it's not a very entertaining character he plays. It's just annoying...But he isn't as Bad as JEK so I guess that's one plus.

According to Brandon, everybody on this show enjoys attention. I'm inclined to agree so yea a big draw for Wes is probably being on TV. I think it's a combination for everybody. TV, money, competition, legacy, fun getaway. Some people enjoy it immensely and that's why you see them do 4 in a row. 20 years from now they can look back and have something cool to show their kids, or in Mark Long's case, do with their kids and still dominate.
He just posted the following on his facebook: "The government just called me and said that my investments need to comply with anti-discrimination clauses. I told them that we only bought male companies, with a single half-black person. I don't care if you are a girl, or African American, or homosexual; if your ideas aren't as good as the white guys, you have no chance. Send me to jail. **** you Obama you piece of ****. Get it yet liberals? You ****ed up. The government should be bowing down to my organization. And that's what I said, then hung up." I feel he just posted this to get a reaction out of people but I still am interested to see the comments/reactions he receives.

I always liked TV Wes but I'm not so sure about him now, he has completely opposite political views as me and imo he sounds like a total hillbilly. Like isnt he best friends with Nehemiah? Wouldnt that be a bit offensive?
He's not saying that white men are superior, he's saying that if he's going to hire the best 50 people and the best 50 people are white men, he's not going to hire people other than them just because it looks racist.

I don't think he was being racist, just stating that he invest in the better ideas, who happen to be from white people.

I think most people would agree with that, so I dont know why he's saying **** you Obama..... unless the law actually means something else then let me know, and come on he can word things a bit better to not come off like such a ******. I dont think he's racist but I do think he looks down on the poor and thinks they're all lazy and uneducated (my conclusion from different statuses) and I have noticed that he only says outrageous stuff on fb and not twitter, therefore he probably knows that what he's saying is a bit out there and on fb people cant really complain since they choose to be friends with him.

My guess would be, based on what I believe that company is, that they were told in order to get some government contract or grant, they needed to also invest in minority owned businesses, which they must not be doing. I don't interpret it as an employment issue really and certainly the government cannot force people to invest a certain way unless it has to do with eligibility for something. I have seen where this is a huge issue in the high-tech world where certain minorities seem to be unable to get their start-ups off the ground.
Wes playing up this character on television has kind of backfired on him because any attempt to make a political move gets immediately thwarted because no one can trust the guy. He also claims he never trains or prepares for a partner challenge.
