I seriously LOL'ed at the Mike = Jesus moment when he was hanging. I think that was the highlight for me, haha. It's good to see him fitting in now, I think he shut everyone up with his performances. Leroy is definitely not carrying him.

Did you see TJ's reaction? He was like, ***?!!?!?!
I was going to say something about this! Wes says he'd have protected Nehemiah had he known he was against the plan because Nehemiah's his "best friend". I remember Danny was his best friend as well, and he got thrown into the Exile during FM2. Being called Wes' best friend is a death sentence in these challenges.
It's so true!!
You should listen to Nehemiah on Brandon's podcast. Apparently he did tell Wes and Evan that he didn't want to do it because he had learned that Evan was wanting to go home anyway. So he didn't feel comfortable with throwing himself into the jungle with someone who wants to leave altogether.
He talks about it around 35 mins.
I don't believe that, just because Evan, Wes and Johnny all said on the show that Nehemiah knew about the plan and basically didn't say anything against it.

Ahahaahha, yes that was a funny moment... I was trying to see who was singing though... was it a girl?

Was cara maria I think
was gonna take a screencap for you but it just looks like she's smiling if I do, but I'm 99% sure it's cara maria.

It was.
Nehemiah agreed with the plan in the begining but then he realized that Evan wanted to go home and he could throw the Jungle too, that's why Cara Maria is implying in her forspring that Evan didn't try hard in the elimination
I think he really was just out of shape this season, surely the fact he wanted to go home had an influence aswell because he won't try as hard.
Evan is shady and a selfish sob
Cara Maria posted yesterday that¨ it's not fair for Evan fail in purpose only to lose to Ct on purpose because he had another agenda off the show¨ and she said it had nothing to do with his girlfriend.
Lets face it Wes' best friends are not good at the game, Nehemiah is better than Danny but he was stuck with Evan. Brad is retired and I don't know if Ev and him are that close but she called him her best friend and biggest ally in FM2 and I dont think Ev and Wes would ever F eachother over, she even said she would go in against Laure/Kenny if it came down to either him or her mainly because she had no faith in Mandi. Danny is a total mess on challenges so there's not a lot of hope for him kind of like the Paula situation with JEK, but Danny did say he would jump in front of a bus for Wes so that's saying a lot considering Johnny says none of his friends are worth 75K. And Nehemiah apparently asked him what he should do and Wes said he would go with the plan, seriously though if you don't want to do the plan then you need to figure something out with Evan because Evan wants to throw it, so he needed to think of a better plan but didn't, you cant really just go I dont agree with it and if they ask do you have a better idea, you say no.
Evelyn's gotten a lot more confident. I think Wes's acceptance of her really helped her in terms of alliances b/c before that people didn't really like her.

Yea because those guys never lie.
Evelyn's gotten a lot more confident. I think Wes's acceptance of her really helped her in terms of alliances b/c before that people didn't really like her.
They used to like her, Kenny/Paula and Ev were friends before the island, but then she stood up for herself and tried to go against the mob and of course Johnny/Kenny wouldn't like that, not to mention the **** the alliance speech. And her and Wes had a common interest which was their hatred for Kenny.
Yea because those guys never lie.
Or because when Wes said that to Nehemiah, from what we see, he didn't say anything.
Or because when Wes said that to Nehemiah, from what we see, he didn't say anything.
Yes i know, that's why i posted what i did. We all saw and heard the same thing but the reason i enjoy listening to these podcast is because they give us insight on things that we do NOT see.
So Nehemiah agreed but then realized Evan wanted to go home so he changed his mind and told Evan he was going to try his best and Evan said great then throws it. Then apparently threw the jungle too, yeah I think Evan is in the wrong.
I think it's pretty convenient that an out of shape Evan can use the excuse that he wanted to go home and "threw the jungle" so that it doesn't look like he lost to CT for the second time.
Also, I always figured Wes and Ev forged a good friendship because Wes was dating Kelly Anne for a long time and Kelly Anne and Ev were "bff".

It's not like he went on camera and said he threw it all, he owned up to the fact that he was wrong and CT and Adam beat them fair and square. Evan also came onto Rivals knowing that he wasn't going to be able to stay the whole time, he had other things going on in his life. So why train and get in shape for nothing? He had just spent months in Israel for school so I don't think he spent it in the gym.

Just based off what I've seen between them FM2 and Rivals, I think Evelyn is the only person that Wes fully trusts in this game.
Even if Evan did throw the jungle which I don't think he did, I think there's no way in **** that him and Nehemiah would have won even if they tried their hardest.
Also, do we have any idea what they're talking about in the preview for next weeks episode where they're like "this has never happened in challenge history" and some big surprise?
Where TJ said: 'Your next challenge is 3000 miles away'? Cause it's pretty obvious what the big surprise is there :p
Oh.. he didn't say that in the commercial. =/

You'd be surprised at how much working out one can do while in school. Actually, a lot of people in my class in vet school work out pretty often--it's our way to staying sane. Most of us aren't doing two-a-days and putting in hours at a time, but there's no need to go flabby.

Check The Challenge: Rivals | Full Episodes, Photos, Episode Synopsis and Recaps | MTV for sneak peeks (and also the 30 seconds at the end of every episode for a second sneak peek).
I don't know if it's been mentioned, but I just noticed when CT and Mandi/Wes were arguing, CT and Wes were wearing the same clothes they wore at the beginning of last episode during Jasmine's meltdown.

I'm aware people can work out and be in shape while in school, it was more of the fact that he was in Israel, not home in the US. If I was abroad in another country, I'd spend most of my time learning the culture and exploring the country and not spend it worrying about how in shape I am.

Again, the working out part isn't about "worrying about how in shape" one is, but just a way to relieve the stress of school...and it's not like working out and exploring a new place are mutually exclusive. Besides, this is all rather inane since for all we know, Evan just got lazy and neither worked out nor explored.

I agree. At least go jogging so you can explore and get in shape. Working out just to keep off the flab is not hard at all and would've taken almost no time out of his schedule.
Either way, Evan is not the competitor he used to be, it seems.
Don't know if this has been said but, right away in the jungle, Evan/[strike]Neamiah[/strike] Nehemiah had the wrong strategy. They were holding onto the bar, instead of using the elbow pads. CT/Adam from the start were using the elbow pads. Did anyone else notice this?

Evan was using the elbow pads, then Johnny and Kenny told him to hold the bar. He tried it and said he couldn't do it like that. SO he used the elbow pads... he just sucked at this Jungle unfortunately.
