Does Ty only get like that when he drinks? He's scary when he drinks. I remember him tossing one of his rommates off a balcony on his season. I can't tell if he's an alcoholic or if he's just acting like this for tv. Could be both?
I doubt it's for tv and I don't know if getting crazy and aggressive when intoxicated qualifies as an alcoholic. I think it's just how much a person consumes from day to day.

Exactly, it's not normal. Alcohol removes your inhibitions and as an addiction it can make you into a different person. However, I think it definitely reflects a part of you. He must have problems sober that are coming out when he's drunk to be so aggressive. I'd say he needs anger management or therapy more than AA..
anybody else notice on the his jersey it says Tyrell instead of Ty
Yeah when I catched a quick look of it I thought it said Darrel, was like what the ****? :D
For someone who claims that "he's confident that he can beat anyone in a challenge" he sure doesn't do a **** of a lot.
Maybe he should focus more on beating anyone before thinking about beating everyone? ;)
He did a lot better this time around though. That's a step in the right direction. And there's nothing wrong with having confidence in yourself. If I were there I'd be confident to go up against anyone, and if I don't win it doesn't mean I shouldn't be confident the next time. It just means I have to work harder and be more prepared.

I'm just saying that he's all bark, no bite. After not performing well on the missions and then losing his elimination (against Brandon), and then coming back and acting like he's a top dog, and then not even coming close is sort of embarassing.
Just saying that if I performed that badly, I would not be going around saying that I'm the best.

How did he act like he was top dog? We barely saw him this season.

"I believe that I can easily beat anyone on this challenge" were his exact words I believe. Like I said, focus more on beating ANYONE before you act like you can beat everyone.
I don't dislike him (though he is a really crazy/sloppy drunk), I'm just saying that he doesn't seem to be the strongest guy and he needs to take his Challenge-ego down a few notches.

I don't see anything particularly wrong with that statement. Especially in comparison to what's come out of Kenny and Wes' mouth. But hopefully he'll continue to improve and we'll do a lot better next time.
