I still think that the exiles should have been a race with puzzles, like in Fresh Meat

jonna won one episode and everything else has been bust...like all last place or close to it.

She's only been in the bottom 2 once unless I'm forgetting something.  She had to pull Zach which is far more difficult than Bananas or Reilly or Thomas or Jay. etc

Zach failed the second mission and she won the fourht mission

She was awful swimming (missions 3/5) and last week--there's no question about that--I wonder if she's mentally check out because of Zach but she has to become mentally stronger

I'd still take Jonna or Averey as my partner but I'm not an idiot like Zach.  Just give her some respect and she does better.  Jonna's made it far every season so ******* and Free Agents being the worst--despite the fact she's never going to be great in eliminations

I would take Averey as my partner before Nany.

i have this feeling that there will be 4 teams in the finals and the cash prices will change alot

Johnny & Averey are 2-1 for eliminations and bananas & Nany are 0-2. Winning elimination rounds counts a lot more than winning exiles IMO. Sure they didn't have the best competition but its better than winning pointless things like a sweating contest
They also had tougher teams and ya know won a mission and came close to winning others. Winning a mission is beating every other team, while winning an elimination is beating ONE other team.

agree. There's a reason why the strongest players of every season hardly ever seen any elimination rounds. Cause they're actually winnings. You'll have odd moments where someone gets scared and sends in the runner up or another strong opponent in to get rid of them but people usually try to make the case for two bottom tier performers going in Cause they deserve it

i feel like people overall give too much stock to elimination wins. It's exciting and takes up a lot of the episode and that's why people fixate on them a lot but they aren't as validating in competitive ability as mission wins...nowhere near

I think daily challenges and elimination rounds should be threated equally, because there has been a lot of ridiculous daily challenges where you don't need to spend the whole day in the gym to get it done. On every season, imo, there's been maybe only three missions that are really difficult throughout the season (Not including the final). Most of them are pretty "easy" if you are an average swimmer/athletic person with a bit of endurance and someone who can answer basic fourth-six grade question, solve puzzles and who can think of a good strategy. Plus, if you are sitting pretty politically, you don't even have to win the daily challenges, but as soon as you're in an elimination round, you have to be at your A-game while being put under pressure of losing a lot of money. Sure, there's also been some elimination round that were dull (Laurel vs. Jasmine) , but a lot of times these elimination rounds were a nail-biter and looked easier that it actually was (If you believe the cast). Plus, if you win an elimination round that can give you a lot of confidence and momentum and you might start to work with your partner, because you start trusting him or solve your differencies. I think the format of the season gives you the importance of winning a daily challenge or the elimination round, because sometimes winning means you give yourself a bigger target for being a threat for the final. At the same time in some season winning at daily challenge gives/gave you safety, but at the same time, you have/had to decide who goes in and if that person wins it and came back, you create(d) an enemy for the rest of the game that you have to watch out, because he might be coming to get you.

Well, not tying to be rude but your feelings are wrong:

1. There was supposed to be 4th teams , with 4th place getting $0.00. The price money wouldn't have change at all, but they change it to a 3 team final after CT/Diem DQ.

2. Even if you dont know spoilers , just by looking at the trailer you would know only 3 teams make it to the end by the eliminations they show. Next elimination Averey vs Nia team, Sarah in a hammer elimination so against Jonna/Zach since we didnt know who they went against, Nia vs Theresa team (Nany was spotted behind them, so she already rejoin the game at the point, the exile was over at that point nobody else comes back) and Nany/Bananas in the dome pulling a rope.

7 left and 4 more eliminations have been shown counting the exile team winners: 3 teams in the final.

a lot of the missions are pretty stupid such as the trivia so i put absolutely no stock into whoever wins that but that also applies to some of the elimination rounds such as the eating stuff.

but still even if the mission seems "easy" its still only as easy as the competition. anybody can swim or run 50 yards but the goal isnt to just complete it, the goal is to  complete it faster than ALL eleven of your opponents. eating as many brownies as you can isnt difficult but now you have to be able to eat more than the rest of the eleven people stuffing their faces so now one seemingly simple task turns into a huge obstacle because you have to be first, second, third or whatever.

if the mission was "easy" then the peope going into the elimination round(especially the person that got last and was sent in by default because of the rules) should have been able to win it. if a person got second or third in the mission and only narrowly missed the first place by some seconds, minutes and was then tossed in by the winner then thats a different story.

even somebody that finishes in the middle pack of the scores still technically beats more people than someone going into the elimination round. an elimination round with a difficult opponent is a diferent situation though such as in svetlana vs kina but what would have happened if "push me" was the daily mission, would svetlana still have been the winner? doubt it because now shes going to have to run through jodi, aneesa, robin, diem in addition to kina. svetlana would have finished middle of the pack if push me was a daily mission and nobody would have showered her with anywhere near as much as attention as they did when she beat kina 1v1.

also winning a challenge at the beginning of the season should be statistically more difficult than in the later season because there are more teams to beat. similarly being last and defaulting to the elimination round in the beginning is also much more difficult than in the later season. people who get last in the beginning part of the seasons are really ***** up, like you literally did worse than all 11 other competitors. someone who finishes last in the final mission before the actual final might have just been a middle scorer had the mission been the first of the season though.

elimination rounds are great for dramatization since its the last stop before you get kicked out of the game but from a purely numbers standpoint your chances of coming out from one are waaay higher than actually winning a mission.

So it looks like we're having another AfterShow tomorrow. This time it's Johnny/Averey & Jay/Jenna

Description : Johnny & Averey discuss their disastrous breakup and mutual hatred; Jay and Jenna are warned.

In done arguing I don't want to be blocked but jordan did nothing but motivate Sara and try to being the best out of her!

exactly.

Brittany needs to stay home, she sucks in every way, she's super annoying and a horrible competitor.

Shes not horrible...Horrible is like Shavoun.

Name one mission she didn't suck at.

the second mission? Lol they weren't the last 3 teams in that one haha I don't care about Brittaney but I feel like we will see her and Adam in the future.

well no. that was CT and Diem, Banany, & Ugly with 10 and 2.

Hailey is queen and is a better competitor than any of these girls on this challenge. That is all.

Nea Nia is queen, Hailey can be the princess

Listen, we can make fun of Theresa all we want, but it's clear that she's the best female competitor this season

Jay and Jenna are warned?? What

Wes and 10&2 are definitely the best team this season thus far. They are winning challenges and making smart moves (well Wes is).

Yea that's what my guide said. Maybe it has something to do with Zach/Jonna and warning them to not get closer to them

As Bananas stated in the AfterShow, please direct all strategy questions to Wes lol. I have to admit, Wes was lucky that this challenge was rookie heavy this season. Especially when most of the rookies this season were mediocre unlike BOTS2 when there were strong rookie teams from the start with alliances (San Diego/Cancun/Rob & Marie).

the rookies this season arent any weaker than they are any other season. there are a lot of good teams...just wes/theresa happen to be better.

wes has never done this well on a challenge. even on the duel he won only 2 missions and kind of got a couple of third places and maybe one second place. rivals 2 partnered with CT they still only won like 2 missions(frog smash doesnt count) and then scored close to the bottom a lot of other times. this season with exception of one mission, wes is first place or barely missing first place by a few seconds.

I like them, but I wouldn't call their performance on Seasons 2 strong when they showed weaknesses in endurance, swimming, puzzles, etc. I do think there was some luck in getting a dysfunctional Zach/Jonna and Avery/Johnny because those teams seem to struggle based off past issues.

When is the reunion being filmed? I think this reunion should be good since it'll likely have Nany vs. Theresa, Averey, and possibly Nia. I also wouldn't mind seeing someone call out Zach for his behavior towards Jonna.

I think its funny how everyone thought Sarah was going to be the best girl this season, with Nia coming in second. As much as I hate her now, Theresa has been kicking some major ***. I would then put Sarah in second and Averey in third.

Who wins trivia and who is going home? Power couple is making a risky move....

I think Sarah/Jordan do and send in Nia/Leroy against Johnny/Averey... I'm just guessing though.

I think Leroy and Nia lose and Johnny and Avery get sent in by the power couple. Not sure who pc is though. Only ppl besides wes/Theresa that would send in Johnny and Avery would prob be Sarah unless Zach pulls that move

I don't think Jordan would ever send in Johnny/Averey. That is his number 1 team.

Jep. Zach also. That is why Wes wanted him / them out.
Is it possible Jay&Jenna or Wes&Theresa won trivia?

Lol there's 0.0% chance that Jay and Jenna win the trivia mission.

How is Averey third?  What has she done?  I like Averey and she's hot as hell but she's hasn't done anything yet this season from a competitive standpoint.  She has potential but that's about it.  I really, really like Averey bu there's literally nothing to support this

Theresa has a better partner than Sarah which is part of the reason Theresa is performing better.   Theresa was always going to be Sarah's biggest competition this season.  Nia has potential but we've yet to see it on missions.  Diem, Nany and Jonna were hte nly other three even with potential (other than the newbies who no one can predict) and they've had different issues.  Diem obviously had to be removed, Nany did okay other than the eliminaition and Jonna won a mission but Zach's destroyed her mentally/she needs to learn to swim.

Let's be honest--the missions this year haven't given many people the opportunity to shine

I don't think I've ever been this excited to watch an episode!!! The Johnny/Averey vs. Leroy/Nia dome is going to be everything. I can't wait to see Nia go off on Jordan. I'm crossing my fingers that for ONCE we'll have a good exile. All of the exiles have sucked. I want to see Banany and Johnny/Averey compete in a physical exile!  How awesome would be to see two hot girls who can't stand each other go at it? I bet Reilly would enjoy that.

I'm guessing that Sarah/Jordan win and send in Leroy/Nia resulting in Nia going off on Jordan.

i think that because you don't see Leroy/Nia falling in any preview whereas we see Averey falling in preview.

like I said, just a guess
