Well Jay was never big into fitness he just started doing all the Instagram posts once his season was over and they started sending calls out for Exes 2. He is basically doing what the AYTO kids are doing who's hoping to get on the show so he isn't any fitness enthusiast like Scott Herman or Emily Schromm. In my popinion it does reflect on how he did in the final because you can't motivate someone when you go quit in a competition you've bragged about how good you would be in. I mean he had a whole twitter beef with Jordan last season about it.
