I'm not sure, but I doubt it as well. As far as I'm concerned, there are only a few scenarios I can think of:
1. CT and Tina were brought in as a fourth team to compete for the grand prize at the final challenge.
2. CT and Tina were brought in as individual competitors to compete for the grand prize at the final challenge.
3. A final challenge was held with the remaining competitors before the final-final, and the prize was CT, Tina, or nothing, depending on placement.
Since it was schoolyard pick, I would like to think that the teams were even at 4 a piece at the final challenge, but it's probably more of a 5-4-3 scenario.

Not even close.
CT lost all that excess weight he put on in between Gauntlet 3 & The Duel 2 Aftershow. He was all over the country doing stuff and kind of got into the routine of going to the gym for awhile but since he's pretty much been home in Boston with all the stuff going on with his brother's case, he's been able to get back into a routine. Working as a personal trainer has definitely helped keep him in the routine because he's been in the gym everyday pretty much for a year.
I didn't want to ruin anything because his return was supposed to be a big surprise/twist on this challenge, and I actually thought he was joking when he said the circumstances/role he'd be appearing in on the challenge... it was just so out of the ordinary and nothing like anything they've done before so I wasn't sure I believed him at first. I honestly don't even know if it really was what he ended up going to the challenge for or not and I'm not even going to ask, I kind of want to see it unfold on television for myself.
OK, CT is cool as hell and is very entertaining ect. and Tina is whatever and entertaining too. But if they are just brought in at the end to compete for the final or even almost at the end, that's rediculous and not to sound like a kid or anything but it's very unfair as well.
Umm CT and Tina? WTF?! Woah, I sure am happy to see Tina again though! Even if she is only there for a short while, I hope she brings some attitude and sass to the show that has been lacking since she, Coral, Veronica, etc. have stopped appearing on challenges.
Verrrry happy to see that Johnny was eliminated and that Abram apparently makes it to the end, but not happy that Paula and Tyler are there as well.
I'm not going to say anything for the simple reason as to why I never said anything when I found out he'd be gone briefly for an appearance on this one... the circumstances were just what he was approached with by BMP but who knows what happened when he got there? I don't know because I haven't asked him or talked to him about it and I kind of just want to see it play out on TV for myself... I've kind of ruined these shows for myself lately from knowing way too much before they even air.
I don't want to spread any rumors or gossip about what his purpose was for being on this show if I am not 100% sure that the information I have is totally accurate and from Chris himself. Plus, all that stuff does on here anyways is clutter the board with people gossiping back and forth about stuff that, in many cases, ends up not even happening the way it was speculated to have gone down.
As for Diem not being on this challenge, it had nothing to do with CT being there or being planned to be brought in during the season. I don't think we'll be seeing her on anymore challenges to be honest, at least in the near future. Looks like she's pretty content with her life right now with her boyfriend and where her career is headed.

Okay, here's thing: when people write things like this, 90% of the time they're making it up for attention. I don't want to call you out and tell you that you're a liar, because I don't know you, but I don't understand why you're not explaining what "Chris" told you.
This is a spoilers thread, so obviously the people who come here don't care if the challenge gets spoiled for them. If what you post isn't true, then it isn't true. I'm sure Molds will shoot your theory/information down in a heartbeat if you're incorrect :D.

It's for the same reason that I am not posting the teams. I think I know what they are, but I'm not 100% sure, and don't want to be attached to information that may not be true because (and I've said this before) of the morons that run to YouTube or Facebook or wherever and spout the information off and say "oh, molds said this so it MUST be true!!", completely ignoring the disclaimers that come with it.
I'm not going to force townie to tell us what's going on. If he decides to share it, that's perfectly fine. If he decides not to, that's perfectly fine too. He doesn't owe us anything.
And if you read some of his other posts...he knows CT quite well. He's not making anything up for attention. He's been nice enough to update us on what's been going on with CT and debunked some rumors.
I think it's important to remember that no one HAS to tell us anything. Whatever we get should be thought of as a favor, not an obligation. Townie didn't provide a spoiler; just confirmed one that we already had here, which was NICE of him. So thanks, Townie. There are many reasons why people might not want to share spoilers, and the fact that he himself doesn't want to know what will happen in advance seems like a pretty good one to me.
I think posters need to remember that if we badger anyone who gives us a tidbit for more information, are rude, or we accuse them in a less-than-nice way of being less than forthcoming, the sources we have will dry up even more. Remember, you will attract more flies with honey.
