It's also interesting that they aren't showing the plane crash until episode 2. It's either going to pay off or not work well at all.

I hate the idea of a flash forward for the first episode. I also hate that we are losing Mark being maybe they should have killed him off instead of Lexie if he is just going to bail. :(
