I still feel like Kristen may be the mole... or perhaps the winner. Either way, she's poised to be the last woman standing - and so soon into the season! Can't believe we are already down to just 2 women!
Kristen has always been my pick since the first second I saw her. She is smart, friendy, strong, intuitive, and very mysterious. Either she is insanely smart or the Mole. They would not have Nicole or Paul be the Mole because they have very loud personalities. That would immediately make them the center of attention and that is not a good place for the Mole. Mark or Kristen are the only ones I see being able to have the makings of a great Mole. Kristen constantly does great on the missions. She is smart. And she is friendly. And mainly she is very questioning. She constantly asks everyone questions about what happened, making sure anything she has said or done is not being focused on. She doesn't hit everyone with questions hard so she makes it seem generally kind. I think she knows how to play the game.

I'm hoping very much that we will see Kristen in the finale, whether she be the mole or the winner :)

It is getting better and better. This episode proved more why Kristen could be the Mole. If you carried double the amount of what everybody else was carrying, you deserve the exemption no matter what. Clay, I think is on to Kristen. She was about to get an exemption. If she was the Mole she wouldn't need it. When Clay was persuading them to vote for her, she had absolutely no problem with it as long as she was helped out later on. I wouldn't care if he hadn't had an exemption yet. If I was in front of everyone the whole time and carried way more than them I would fight for it. Clay is the dark horse to win this. I think he thinks she is the Mole and only took the exemption to refrain from the Mole taking it instead.
wouldnt kristen being good at the missions make it less likely that she's the mole? i havent ruled her out yet, but she's not in the lead to me. i have a suspicion that it's clay although thats not really based on much of anything
I think the odds of it being Clay are 1% and Mark 99% (down from my 100% after a good night's sleep.) Did you guys all forget how Mark just happened to leave a bunch of bricks (because he took the scale?) I promise you that I could take that scale and at least one brick. Five bricks = 25 pounds. Scale = 20 pounds. Something doesn't add up here (unless you are doing Mole math.) I can already see the final episode in my head where they show that scene. What scenes are they going to show with Kristen? She is always winning! Mark on the other hand has lost money in just about every single event! Nicole and Paul are way to boisterous to be The Mole, so they are an easy rule outs. Clay has been just as suspicious at times as Mark, but he seems "smart" suspicious and not Mole suspicious to me... Y'all wait for the finale when they show Mark hanging out with the producers laughing it up as everyone looks for him after the journal burning. I mean if he was going to leave he can't be the mole, right? *wink* *wink*
Without even watching the show I would have picked Kristen at the mole. She lives in Santa Monica where everyone is either in the film/TV business or has close friends who are. Smells like a setup to me.
I agree with V1. If I took first looks at the group, Kristen would have been my first pick. She has the look for it as well. Mark is my other pick. He freaks out and there have been some places here and there where he could have easily sabotaged the game. I have to keep my on him.
You can't have a second pick! You either know or you dont, hehehe. I know. You will all join me in knowingness...er....ya....that is what it is and I have it! P.s. When it comes out that I am wrong expect most of this thread to be edited, lol (Screenshot time!)

When it comes out that I am wrong expect most of this thread to be edited, lol (Screenshot time!)
I guess you can't really have a second guess. I still stand by Kristen somehow, but I will keep my eyes on Mark. Amen. If I am totally wrong some of these posts my be edited. I just don't see Mark wanting to be the Mole. He is there for his family and wants and needs the money.
I just don't see Mark wanting to be the Mole. He is there for his family and wants and needs the money.
I can see that side of things. The good news (from my perspective) is he will be getting the money for his family! ;) Mole = Mark Molish = Kristen than Clay
I can see that side of things. The good news (from my perspective) is he will be getting the money for his family! ;) Mole = Mark Molish = Kristen than Clay
I agree except I would replace Mark with Kristen. I dislike Clay, but I think he is playing the game well. Flying under the radar and taking the exemption from one of the most suspicious people there. Smart if you ask me. I hear everyone saying Craig is the mole, but he seems to determined and well..obvious to be the Mole.
I hear everyone saying Craig is the mole, but he seems to determined and well..obvious to be the Mole.
Did anyone think of Eric last night (Gauntlet 3?) I did....but I lost power and then forgot about it. Craig can't be The Mole as he isn't throwing things. He is Eric on The Mole. The Mole needs to be able to "win" as well. Eric is a smart guy, but he has no second gear. That rules him out in my book. Help me out. Tell me what Kristen has thrown. Make an argument beyond her being a flirty kind of gal.

Craig is to determined to win to throw missions. He was also considerate of not bringing out his journal as well. You have pointed out that Mark could have sabotaged the mission when they rode the bike up the hill to keep money out of the pot. It also could have been Kristen considering she was with him. She was the only one searching for piggies in that mission. Craig and Bobby weren't helping so she could have skipped all the piggies. Like Kathryn said from the first season, you have to win some of the missions because sabotaging each mission blows your cover.
or all the piggies had been taken by all the teams in front of them... and also her trying to get to the top on the bike couldve just been her trying to get the exemption because she thought she needed it. and with mark dropping the gold bricks, thats a good point, but wouldnt he just not have taken a bunch in the first place? unless he knew that someone would have had to take the scale, then i think if he was the mole he shouldve just taken less bricks in the first place. also i dont think the producers wouldve taken the chance of hiring craig as the mole because of exactly what happened last night. they had to have confidence that the mole can actually make it through all of the missions. my suspicion is on clay still but i reserve the right to change that opinion at any given moment... haha
and with mark dropping the gold bricks, thats a good point, but wouldnt he just not have taken a bunch in the first place?
When the producers tell you that there is going to be this scale thingy and take a bunch of bricks and drop them......it makes a lot more sense. Don't forget that they are all doing interviews, and Mark is doing briefings where they tell him what is going to happen!
It is so ***king obvious. killer-tofu is the Mole!
::Gasp:: ::Shock:: ::Dismay:: I always knew there was something wrong! I need to set it to record for next week but now that Bacchus has solved the mystery I don't know
It is so ***king obvious. killer-tofu is the Mole!
damnit, i've been made... that brings up a good question though... what if everyone finds out who the mole is because of the mole screwing up or for whatever reason?
Totally, totally agreed! I'm hoping very much that we will see Kristen in the finale, whether she be the mole or the winner :)
I thirdly agree. Or something that resembles proper english. =)
PS....Netflix has The Mole: Season 1 and also Celebrity Mole (season with Kathy Griffin) Netflixxxxxx winssssss
PS....Netflix has The Mole: Season 1 and also Celebrity Mole (season with Kathy Griffin) Netflixxxxxx winssssss
Looooved the one with Kathy Griffin!! And yeah - I'm still thinking Kristen as the mole... ... to be all conspiracy theorist, remember in episode 1 how Jon was shown holding journal #11? Kristen is linked to the #11 is 2 really obscure ways (the kinds of ways producers like to link their clues to the mole): First of all, K is the 11th letter of the alphabet, and she is from S-a-n-t-a M-o-n-i-c-a, which has 11 letters. Then there was her trying to take the cab to the summit of the mountain, but when Mark objected she quickly let it go... Bacchus, you've got great reasons to think it's Mark (actually, he's the one I suspect next) but for now, I'm sticking with Kristen as my pick for the mole.
what if everyone finds out who the mole is because of the mole screwing up or for whatever reason?
I've always wondered what would happen too! Do they just end the show? lol
I've always wondered what would happen too! Do they just end the show? lol
My guess would be that they would cover it up and make it seem like sabotage by a regular player and send them home that night, regardless of test results. They'd sned that person home and either cancel the show or pick another person to be The Mole.
I've always wondered what would happen too! Do they just end the show? lol
But isn't The Mole under extremely tight instruction from producers?? don't they have like weekly meetings? I remember seeing tons of footage of producers talking to Kathryn all the time Roomie...GREAT kristen observations! I'm sold.
Roomie...GREAT kristen observations! I'm sold.
The line to the "bacchus way of thinking" is going to be long next week when Kristen goes home! lol
HAHAHA ok so B has clearly voted Mark Roomie and I are Kristen. Anyone else finalize their "Mole" pick? We should throw some MONEY down! haha
also...if Mark was The Mole...why didn't he hop in the cab with Kristen when she suggested it? hmmmmm? =)
also...if Mark was The Mole...why didn't he hop in the cab with Kristen when she suggested it? hmmmmm? =)
He was already screwing the team out of some money and getting an exemption. He was on his way to mission accomplished, so it was best not to throw further suspicion. If he had taken the cab, everyone would have know that the mole was one of those two..... He is playing it smart. Hell, 99% y'all don't think it is him - so I think he is doing a great job!
