So is this season going to be 30 minuites like wikipedia said or will it be an hour long? I don't think party seasons of the real world work on hour long episode formats (EXAMPLE: CANCUN)...it looks good though but all seasons look good from the first trailer. It doesn't seem like Sahar will be getting much air time though...

You mean the anonymous guy on wikipedia that said it was 30 minutes? Oh, it has to be 30 minutes then! Thanks for the update. We will add this to the Vevmo public record.
If you see anything else on Wikipedia, let us know.

No, I think Ashlee will be get the least air time. Oh yeah and DC's trailer made the season look terribly boring.
Sahar too it seems like. It looks like she only said one thing. I feel like Ashlee will be the Baya and Sahar will be the sarah of the season. She'll be in most of the episodes as a minor part but only really featured in one or two episodes.
I cant' believe they're calling it "The Real World: New Orleans".....they should add the "Back to" like they did for "Back to New York"......ughh.....
Here's the thing; they dubbed Season 10 "Back to New York", because they (as in, Bunim-Murray/MTV) made it pretty clear they were going "back to New York" for the 10th anniversary season of the show, referring to the fact that they've already been New York for the first season.
They don't really have a reason to call this season "Back to New Orleans" cause they're making no reference to the first New Orleans season. Get it?
So it makes sense to just call this season "New Orleans" all over again, considering; A. the last time they were in New Orleans was 15 seasons ago, and B. like someone pointed out, this is pretty much a "new era" of the show.

I agree, but at the same time, it does make it kind of confusing. It will be the only season to have the exact same title as a previous season. Now during conversations we will need to guess which "Real World: New Orleans" is being referenced.
It also makes it more difficult for the public to find out information on the season, because Googling leads to info about the 2000 season.
The MTV URL does call it neworleans2, but that's the only place it's been called that.

The thread was named via the information we had when the story was posted.
The thread title is not saying what the new season is called, but rather making a factual statement. Episode titles, etc. will use the official name given by MTV with a 2, because we are not going to get into the web confusion that MTV has created because they are too stupid to understand the web confusion they they have created. Basically, people will search for The Real World New Orleans and not find what they are looking for, they will go back and type The Real World New Orleans 2 or Real World Back to New Orleans - and end up here. Thanks MTV!
So no...the title is not going to be changed...

I find this to be incedibly wrong for two reasons. One there wasn't that many references to the first new york season in the 10th season and 2 who is to say there will or won't be for the second New Orleans season?
Also, new era of the show or not its still in the same series of series so to call in N.O. again is absurd. But let's not get into the minor details.

iirc, there was a lot of promo leading up to the premiere that referenced the fact that they were going back to New York. They were celebrating the fact that it was the 10th year anniversary of the original Real World, New York season.

I already know that Jemmye (pronounced 'Jem-ee,' not 'Jim-ee':p ) is going to be my favorite!!
They also have a bar crawl video, it seems like MTV is trying to do more than in the past with this season advertising wise.
yep, but only on the mtv.com website. If it wasn't for vevmo, I wouldn't have thought about checking out the official site for these new videos :p

I'd like to say he's probably joking, but since he's not following any of his roommates...I think he's actually serious.

He sounds like such a winner.
No hot tub...that's kinda lame.
No, they definitely have a hot tub because in the trailer Ryan is naked and asks Sahar if she wants to go in the hot tub.

It looks like he was probably referring to that jetted tub in one of the bathrooms. I think who ever shows it in the house tour calls it a hot tub.
