This host is a b**** for real. :mega_shok:
I really like the moments in the "what they should have shown segment".
-LoL Kim and Bri made out!
-Dave shaved Joey's back
Um, what else.... I'll have more. :girl_sigh:
The reunion is on mtv.com

Didn't want to leave Nick out. So i'm curious, what happen to calling Sarah out? hmmmm? Nah i don't really care. I think how he handled that topic was really mature.
what is wrong with the host she keeps getting their names wrong.....god I can't stand to see Sarah ... He called her out said she was a bit of a hypocrite loved it!
what is wrong with the host she keeps getting their names wrong....
Maybe they should've worn "Hello! My name is _____" name tags.
hi guys. i am going to talk some shit! :D
wow, that reunion sucked balls.
i'm sure that greg will pop off and say that it sucked so bad since he wasn't there, but even his ridiculousness wouldn't have gotten me riled up enough to care about this lame reunion show.
-Lyndsey is worthless. I can't believe she is allowed to interview people on camera. she cannot steer a show at all. and all her commentary was inane. "you think i'd be alright at this job after four years," she said. yeah I'LL say. *******. OH, but it was funny when the caller got her name wrong (poetic! haha) and when she corrected him he was all, "...whatever bro," clearly not caring WHAT her name was. teehee!
-that business with carlos on the street was unfunny and boring. no one cares about the word on the street except the dumb people who rush down to times square to try to give their word on the street.
-sarah looked absolutely miserable the whole time. poor thing. she came off as somewhat insincere to me (crazy, right?) but i bet that's just 'cause she would have preferred to be anywhere else but at the reunion. she looked SO uncomfortable. i was surprised that no one from the cast really called her out on any of her behavior... cause i SOMEhow got the impression that someone was gonna ;) (not that i necessarily think anyone should have. i was just surprised they didn't. good on you though for taking the higher road on that front). p.s. sarah has a mean face. does anyone else think so?
-will explaining that he went off on greg only to provoke a fight doesn't really make him look like less of a ******. the whole janelle thing was ridiculous and made me hate myself for watching. why does janelle want to be on tv so bad? why didn't will just say "janelle, i was wrong. i am sorry," and get the fiasco over with instead of acting like a dodgy teenager some more? i wish the camera didn't keep cutting to him and all the faces he was making the whole show.
-i am no longer in danger of hating kim (yay!) and i now wish that the episodes would have shown more of who she is and how she changed over the course of the season. it would have been great to see one of those educational conversations with bri that she talked about having
-is joey a big fat liar? i can't tell. his hair is silly though.
-brianna is lovely. her Defending Kim story did run a little long, but i blame that on susie--i mean lyndsey. overall, bri seemed like the one most willing to talk about stuff and have fun with the whole reunion situation.
-brittini and nick were wallpaper! the hell? pretty wallpaper, but wallpaper nonetheless. i don't know why the stupid host wasn't given some decent questions to bring at least one or two good responses out of each and every roommate.
-dave seems like an okay guy, but i already can't really remember anything that he said or did (much like this season overall).
-the "shit they should have shown" segment was a lame bunch of random clips that shed no light on anything apart from naked bums.
all in all, it really didn't seem like any of them were really interested in being there at all, let alone discussing stuff or elaborating on anything beyond what they probably planned to say in advance. the whole thing was a bit stiff and seemed to have a somewhat negative vibe to it. and it was boring!
at any rate, good luck to all the cast. hope y'all's dinner was a lot cooler than this ****** reunion show! i'm sure it was.
Ok, as promised, I talked to Kimberly after she, Bri and Brittani went to eat after the live show (my bad for thinking earlier that the entire cast was wer all going together). Sarah left with Janelle, which rubbed Bri, Brittani and Kimberly the wrong way. More on that later...
The overall cast reaction is that they would like to go back and do it again. They were not satisfied with the show.
I asked some questions and here is what I heard...
What did you guys think of the host?
- "Bad" is the nicest word used to describe her. The cast was not impressed with her. As usual, Lindsey (AKA "Susie") did not go into the green room to mingle and develop any personal connection with them. She never has that I have seen.
What should have been included or asked that wasn't?
There was so much stuff they could have shown and talked about. It seemed a little boring to the cast. (When they show the videos in the studio, the cast tends to lose its energy).
Kim: "Most of us were severely disappointed in the last episode. There was so much, especially from the last night, that they could have shown." (Let's ask her to explain if she stops by tonight.) The segment with Joey in Chicago was apparently taped a month after the end of the show and was inserted into the last episode.
Did you all go into the show intending to call out production's selective editing like you did, you did the questions just bring that out?
Kim: "We all have issues with Production."
It is something the cast talked about in the green room before the show and have discussed with each other throughout the season.
KIM: "We didn't plan to complain about anything. It just came out (because of the way questions were asked)."
Kim: "I glad Joey said Dave didn't try to give him that drink." The editing of that just wasn't true at all.
"We didn't plan to complain about anything. It just came out (because of the way questions were asked)."
Did you all talk before the show about appearing united during the reunion, because that is probably the biggest surprise...
Kim agreed that they appeared united and were consciously aware that they were being kind toward each other. After talking about things after the show (and Sarah going off on her own with Janelle), they would have liked to be more candid about Sarah. I think that means Sarah is once again in the dog house.
Any thoughts on Greg's absence?
Kim: "We are all contractually obligated to be here." "'Scooter' (the reunion producer) thinks that Greg wanted him to beg him to come." [Scooter once told me that he had never met a cast member he didn't like, but he said that before encountering Greg.]
What about Will and Janelle?
They didn't know Janelle was going to be there, but Kimberly had a feeling about it and wasn't surprised. The cast women like Janelle, but Will is one of them, so they are inclined to defend him, warts and all. My sense is that the others agree that Will should have told Janelle about the foursome before that episode aired, but that calling him out on that was lost in the emotion that Janelle displayed. The women found in odd since so much time has past since the show and Janelle has a boyfriend (not that she isn't entitled to be hurt. Kim told me that Will spent six days living with Janelle after she drove him away from the real world set, but, according to Will, only rarely spoke to him during those six days.
What about the challenges? Will we see you?
She wasn't prepared to specifically answer for others, but for herself, she is not interested. She feels that the challenges tend to create a lasting character for people and her interests in the entertainment business go in a different direction. [See The Island spoiler thread for news about another person's interest in the challenges.]
The cast will be partying late tonight at Dublin House at 225 W 79th St., Manhattan. (Sorry, Scooter, had to give it away and, no, Kimberly didn't tell me. You are just a creature of habit. ;) )
Thanks, Kimberly, for sharing a few minutes for the benefit of the curious here at vevmo.com.
First post here. Hi everybody!
I think Will is a shady *********, and it was nice of him to warn all women on national television that if they hook up with him he will treat them like four o'clock slop. (Same goes for Dave, too).
However, I LOATHE Janelle. She was a complete ***** in her season, especially to Svetlana.
And when she said Brittni was an outsider? Well, since Brittni actually lived in the house and was an actual part of the cast and Janelle was essentially a groupie, um, no. And I realize Janelle was "officially" talking about the context of her relationship with Will, but I got her real meaning loud and clear. She meant it as a subtle dis to Brittni. She got that dig in.
Damn, Nick is great eye candy. I wish he had been on the whole season, and all of Greg, Joey, and Janelle's camera time had been devoted to Nick instead.
If Sarah was telling the truth about never watching RW before, that explains a lot. She may just have had no idea what she was getting into. Since she was so sheltered to begin with, that probably was a really rude awakening for her.
Interesting when Dave said that they could not get clearance to go anywhere besides bars. Anyone know the reason for this? It seems the season might have been more interesting, especially if they had been able to get clearance to go to an animal shelter like he mentioned. Finding out that he was an animal lover may have given Dave some dimension and redeeming qualities. From what actually made it to air, Dave just came off looking like just a ***** sex dog with two *****.
well, that was more interesting & informative than today's show was :P
Yes it was. Thanks V1man, Kim!

V1man, your post-reunion interview seems more interesting and revealing than the reunion itself! Kudos.
Funny, though I did turn the TV to it when it reran, I found myself interested in other things and didn't pay much attention to it. Yes, Lyndsay needs to take some hosting classes, Brianna looked great (no more ratty microbraids...yay!), and Janelle looked too fake and draggish (no offense to the gorgeous drag queens I've encountered). Those false eyelashes were so obvious.

BMP and their legal team have to work out filming arrangements with everywhere the cast will be doing anything significant. You don't just bring in cameras off the street. Insurance companies are involved (liability issues) as are concerns about conflicts with potential sponsors/advertisers and any other shows in the Viacom family. That is just a start, but I can say from experience that location shooting in LA is better than most places but it is no fun. Some people will ask for thousands of dollars to allow a camera crew on premesis, and BMP is not know for throwing its money around.

I still don't have a problem with Greg, think he is a pretty cool guy to me actually...
you didnt go to high school with him...

Thank you V1Man, that makes sense. It is a shame that it is so hard.
Don't get me wrong, I love watching the castmates get drunk and screw much more than I want to see them delve into "deep" issues.
However, with a cast like San Diego, they all had such strong, entertaining personalities that they could stay home and deal with serious business and still amuse the viewers. They dealt with enough issues, such as Frankie's CF, without that dominating the entire season. The cast dealt with things like getting arrested, etc. in such a lighthearted manner that the season was fun and a pleasure to watch.
With some casts, like Hollywood, the personalities were pretty limited. Joey's substance abuse problem dominated several episodes. That, coupled with Sarah's constant negativity and the general judgmental *****iness and malaise of the house atmosphere, gave the season a dreary feel. They could have used some more activities to create variety in the season.
And thank you for the welcome, Bachus.
lol
you guys are too mean....
one thing that rubbed me the wrong way about this reunion was Sarah, she looked mean, she looked like she did not want to be there and when asked a question she acted like she did not want to be in the house
Susie aka whoever asked her "did you enjoy Hollywood" or something to that effect and she said something like well I got cast (sounding like she happened to get cast and did not send in a tape or anything) and I did not know about the show but i tried it (sounding like she was so much better than it)....who is the arrogant one now?
it just boggles our minds that someone would like greg, thats all haha...
come on he isn't that bad :)
was he bad in high school?
