The season preview shown at the end of last week's episode gave us a glimpse into the future and raised the question, "Does Isaac go home?" We see him speaking of Death and premonitions and it is implied that maybe someone at home has died. He openly admits that the visions/flashbacks he sees are the side effect of to much LSD.
I am not sure if he leaves Australia or not, but what I am sure of is that Alex will remain with the cast for the duration of filming. We already know that Isaac stays after filming and uses the money he earned on the show to travel in the region. That very well could mean that he heads back to the US for something (family illness, death, funeral?) and then returns to Sydney to finish out the season. He also could be just hallucinating from flashbacks because of the aforementioned drug use and MTV is just taking advantage of that to drive viewers to watch the next episode. They have done worse with hyping something out of nothing in the past...
As for Trisha leaving, I am not sure how many more episodes we are going to have to suffer through with her as a member of the cast. I''ll bet that everyone like me will be counting those episodes down and dreaming of the day when we can watch our favorite unreality show without the [B][I]bimbo scourge[/I][/B] reeking havoc on our viewing experience.
