JEK are smart/talented! Anybody in JEK could probably beat mostly anybody on the challenger team this seasons. Yes, numbers help, but they still are smart enough to make match ups that benefit them in the end. When it comes to your point about jobs why would anybody have a real job when you can make money this way and be on tv?! Numbers aren't the ONLY reason they are on top. They have numbers in the first place bc they are strong competitors and are smart. Lots of people are friends on these shows but only the friendships between strong competitors stick bc they actually have something to offer.JEK plays smart and are athletically talented which gets them numbers in the first place.Thats why Derrick among others align with them. bc he wants to be aligned with the smartest and strongest. Therefor, it does matter how strong and smart you are. There are other parts to the equation of winning also but those are some things that are usually exxtremely helpfull in winning, which is proven by this many wins back to back to back. Evan didnt always have numbers last season and look who won and he went into three duels i think. So obviously there is more to it than numbers. Veronica is freaking out not only bc she has no numbers, but also bc she know she can probably be beat by KA. They've pointed out numerous times shes more afraid about going in against strong competitors then most people. Also Syrus goes in bc hes weaker and they are getting rid of people that might mess up thier chances in the final challenge. Once again, being smart and knowing the best strategy to having the best chance to win money at the end. Wes doesn't have numbers bc he kept flip flopping how he acted and kept starting stuff with everybody. Not to mention he's screwed Evan over in the past(inferno III i think),called out johnny and kenny, and was a **** to alot of people with power or else mayb he would have benefited from the numbers. Also, Wes messed himself up by wanting to face cohutta which also proves nowadays hes not as smart in the game as say evan or kenny or johnny. If Wes didnt wanna face Cohutta they were going to have Syrus go in if you watch the dailies. He chose his own fate and messed up. This all proves JEK have much more to thier advantage than numbers.
I dont give them too much credit. I give them the credit they deserve from being smarter and performing better than all the rest consistently!!
Hey Molds didn't read yer thing about getting back on topic until after i posted this up!!
What was the deal between Brad and Darrel? Didn't Brad beat him then they got in a fight? I can't member, and will that episode be the one after the next one?

I have no idea how they're going to edit the episode, but I'm guessing it will probably be at the very end of the episode in 2 weeks, or sometime during the episode in 3 weeks.

J/K/E are not that smart, they're cowards who just was lucky enough to benefit from the rules of the selection process - which favors a small alliance, not a big one. Their so called brilliance was diminished when they were all called in to make a decision on the female ruin, and couldn't even sway that vote without needing collaboration time.
Kenny is a mediocre athelete at best, and it is clear that he is the worst of any of the remaining atheletes on his team. Evan is merely afraid to go in, period. Hypocrites often hang in packs. People like Kenny have no self confidence in his ability to compete by himself, which is why he slams others during their faceoffs. For someone who is winless in a faceoff (w/embarrassing loses to Nehemiah and Abram) or individual challenge, he sure has alot to say. J/K/E just have the fortune of being surrounded by people that are too naive to understand that they are nothing. Replace a few of the cast members with people that can actually call them for what they are (CT, Alton, Coral, and Beth), and things would be more level.
as for the topic at hand, next week Veronica and Syrus goes home with loses to kelly anne and colhutta after the champs win and decide the match ups. the following week, i think derrick is the one that takes out colhutta and sarah takes out johanna in the upside down race thing. the episode following is the brad/darrell fight and only one ruin (susie vs casey in the thing where they are kicking). they probably will be no more match makers before the last ruins and by default susie will have to face kimberly, who probably will either volunteer herself or some vote. and johnny will probably get voted in by his own team to face dunbar or maybe the twist will be that since dunbar and susie are the only members of their *** left for their side, they will just choose their opponents. then we have the lopsided 5 (evan, johnny, derrick, kenny, and susie vs sarah and kelly anne) where an exhausted susie is carried to the finish line.
I think susie ve kim is the same ruins as johnny vs dunbar, except it rains during the girls ruins.

I think susie ve kim is the same ruins as johnny vs dunbar, except it rains during the girls ruins.
I agree with that, at first I thought the clip were Susie is all wet was because she was in the upside down water tank, however I was watching again the trailer, and I saw that is raining, so it has to be a different challenge.
I also notice a coulple of guys fight that I havent seen in the past episode, however, I might be wrong because one of them it´s between Derrick and - I think - Adam, and Adam was already sent home... And the other I cant figure it out... maybe they were just messing around or playing, i dont know... I was trying to upload the clic that I took for this fight, but I couldnt
And about the figth between Darrell and Brad... I noticed that it´s Darrell the one who is punching Brad... maybe Brad confronted him, and the reaction he had was to punch him, and that is what we see on the trailer
I forgot this, I also noticed that in the clip where Susie is like kicking some thing, should be the last one, because on the Challengers stand you can only see Sarah, and the rest it´s empty, so there should be just here and KellyAnne
About Brad and Darrell fight, check this out
PS: I´m kind of new here, if I did something wron posting this video, please let me know, thanks

Also: has there been much discussion here at Vevmo about whether or not people believe this show is scripted? My significant other is convinced that the show is ENTIRELY scripted, but I have a hard time believing that. For example, I do think the choice by MTV to pull out a ruin that Cohutta could win against Wes was pretty deliberate, but I also believe that JEK’s hate for Wes is pure and unscripted. Thoughts?
Something that always bothered me is I felt that production always set up certain infernos/gauntlets to cater to whichever player they felt was better for TV. Perfect examples. Inferno 2 - Jodi vs. Veronica. I LOVE Veronica, but tell me they didn't set that inferno up for her to win? Julie vs. Tonya. They NEVER actually counted those patches out in front of everyone. And Tonya won by 'one patch.' Idk, some things seem really fishy about how the actual elimination rounds are set up. But maybe I'm one of the only ones who feel that way.

That is illegal. End of story. They don't rig it.
So does the Brad/Darrell fight starts as a game and then gets violent? From the looks of that first picture in the video, it looks like everyone around is just calmly watching as they get ready to wrestle or something.

I also look at that, and as well I saw all the rest just chilling out. I think that Brad was complaining or dicussing something with Darrell, maybe he said something that Darrell cant stand and then Darrel reacted violent... that is my guess
Yeah it does look like everyone is sitting calmly. Even Darrell looks like he is just sort of chilling there while Brad is yelling. I dont know what happened, but Brad obviously did something. It seems like a lot of people here think Brad was the victim.

The FCC tends to classify these shows not as game shows but "for entertainment value only," and thus they don't have to follow game show rules. This explains it.
Plus I doubt that choosing a ruins over another one in order to neutralize any advantage that one player might have could be considered "rigging it".
i just hope for future challenges they dont bring KJE again, because in my opinion other people should win, the producers really should change the way the show goes.

My thoughts exactly. However, if they do let one of them on the show only allow one of them. That way they can't hide behind their alliance.

Well, like Evan in the Duel 2- he will be in other alliances.
Even if none of them are in a challenge, there will still be people in an alliance running the game. And unless its a challenge of people who have not won before, I bet the person on top of that alliance is a former challenger winner.
I doubt there will ever be an alliance of newbies/rooks running a game.
It really doesn't make sense to me that the Champions wouldn't let Johanna pick Casey as her opponent since Johanna is part of their alliance. I think this indicates that Casey is in an alliance with the Champions and that she is throwing the missions for the Challengers.
It would be AWESOME if Kelly Anne and Sarah pulled an upset!
I REALLY don't like how some people get away with never going into an elimination! I don't think you deserve to win if you don't actually contribute to sending members of the other team home.
I don't think Casey intentionally does bad or throws mission for the other team. Casey just sucks more than anything. The Champs especially the guys are selfish. They want to keep Casey around as much as possible because she is a detriment to her own team. So whether, that means possibly losing Johanna in a ruins against a tougher girl so be it.

I know, but what i mean is that from the Duel 1 up to now we have seen Kenny, Johnny, Evan wasnt in the Island, and also Derrick. Im sick of Paula, thanks God she wasnst in this one, but she will be back for Fresh Meat 2. just bring Svetlana and Jodi back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and Dave from Real world Hollywood, Ayiia from Cancun.
ok i while ago i posted that my friend told me not to count on Derrick for the final mission, I asked him again, why. and still didnt told me he just told me "keep watching" then I said just give me a hint or something on what would Derrick do or happen to him, and he told me "I told you Darrell not Derrick"
well sorry guys, since sometimes is hard to understand my friend because of the accent, and because i am a little slow, and because i forgot there was a Derrell in the house that dont really have much screen time I instantly went for derrick.

Well, not you understand why we have to be careful about these things... (spoilers). ;)

yeah I do understand, and that is why I am apologizing (if i spelled it right) is just that i forgot Darrell was in the show so when i heard the name, i didnt quite understand it, but "Derrick" popped to my mind since they kinda sound the same.

this is very true. i am sure people do not want to admit this though because they are so easy to hate. that's why people like underdogs, because they are not in power. but if you think about it, people who "have power" should be acknowledged as being smart, or witty, or clever. being powerful in some sort of community is not the easiest thing to achieve. and people in power in all walks of life are often hated, for good reason, or no good reason at all. but you have to be smart to get to a very powerful position.

I don't think Kenny or Johnny are anything special in these challenges. I just think the challenger men are pretty understacked compared to the champion men. If you look at it the champions have both duel winners, an undefeated champion, and not to mention Derrick, Kenny, and Johnny. As for the champions their best male is Brad who has a horrible record in facing people one on one and winning on sheer luck and technicalities. I don't think he has "legitimately" won one challenge from what I've seen. Dunbar who probably would be their second best has never proven himself and has yet to win a one on one faceoff also. To me this season has been pretty boring. The duel 2 was the best challenge I have seen in a while.
Funny thing is now that Wes is gone Darrell and syrus will be their fall guys. Because we all know that the trio isn't planning on taking one for the team.
in the preview why do i see Derrick fighting Johnny?? or almost wanting to fight
Johnny played a bad prank invading Derrick's personal area where he keeps pictures of his family.
I have a hard time believing that the pictures of his family are the real reason he got made. I think he just used that as an excuse, you can see as soon as Derrick realized what was going on he jumped off the bed at Johnny. I really doubt he saw his pictures and if they had syrup on them.
Anyway, I think there is much ado about nothing with that situation. From the previews it doesnt even look to be the main story line of tomorrows episode.
I think the main storyline is Johnny being the on the outskirts of the alliance. Funny thing is, everyone always assumes that Johnny is in the know, I have no doubt in my mind that Derrick comes before Johnny when it comes to Evan and Kenny.
I really think Johnny just got lucky on the Island.
