RW/RR Challenge: The Ruins - Spoilers & Speculation

Its wouldn't be surprising if Derrick and Ibis had an alliance because there from the same season. The same wirh Dunabr, KellyAnne, Cohutta, and Shauvon. I'm so loving the cast

I believe certain a challenge showed that different does not always equal better. Still if it is gonna be different in any way it will be nice to see what can come up with.

I wrote "[I]OK, just running with your idea.[/I]" My analysis of a three team concept with what we know would mean that when you do the math, not all the people who vevmo knows have left the US could be on such a challenge, ie, 28 divides rather poorly by 3. Thus, at least three people, if the challenge does not require gender equality, would not be participating unless they were somehow replacements in place. All 28 think they are going to participate, so some might consider themselves screwed given the practical foundation of any three team situation I can think of. I'm fine with speculation, but I have to balance it against what facts there are (28 people) and the realities (the legal requirement to have a gender fair competition ) of game design.

Didn't I read somewhere that Kelly Anne and Wes possibly broke up? If so, that could prove to be an interesting dynamic between them and Johanna. I'm super excited about some of the old-school vets who are on this season. Their drama has always been more entertaining to me than the "stab Paula in the back" drama as of late.

We all know the Rookies will be taking the early flight home. For the first 3 guys out I'm thinking Chet, Nick, or even Cohutta, or the ladies I'm thinking Sarah, Bri, or Casey

Some rookies do extremely well in their first challenge...I never expected Fitz to do well in her first challenge and look how that turned out. Again, without knowing the format, it's impossible to guess the order that people go home in.

Does anyone have any idea if Wes and Kelly Anne are still together or broken up? If they are broken up, that might make quite the drama on this season..

Some would have more males than females, and I don't think that will fly. Imo, there arent enough champions to form 2 equal teams either (champs vs challengers). Even a Gauntlet team format is a stretch because they are usually experience based, and the numbers don't work that way either. I can see a Fresh Meat derivative type challenge where 2 person teams are formed at random or even 7- 4 man teams to where 2 four person teams are left to fight for the grand prize. I honestly have no idea of what to expect. It could be an island type individual challenge, who knows. Either way, the Pit sounds like bottom feeder to me, so I suspect some pecking order based on challenge efforts to where a last place person or team faces off against some other team or 2nd to last place person. all speculation.

There are 14 people that have won a challenge and 14 people who have not won a challenge.

I think that the alliances that form are deffinetly going to depend on the way the teams are set up.

If the Winner's vs Losers doesn't work,what about a pairing of vets and rookies. Kind of like a fresh meat gauntlet mix.

Umm 14 and 14 is kinda Gauntletish but I doubt the challenge would be another Gauntlet. Is the Pit really the title?
