Diem, I was very sad when I read the news yesterday. I know you are strong and can beat this again. You are an inspiration to so many people out there and you are in my prayers.

Diem, I'm so sorry to hear about this devastating news. I hope you know that you have a lot of people rooting for you and supporting you through this trying time. You are such a brave and courageous woman. Fight hard and stay Strong.You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

It's devastating to hear about Diem's news. Diem Brown is my role model,inspiration, and one of the strongest women I've ever spoken too (I got the chance to video chat with Diem on huffington post). Diem- Please stay strong! If anyone can beat cancer 3 times- it's you! Fight, fight, fight! You are in my prayers and have the support of many!

Diem, I have never met you but I have been a fan of yours since you first came on MTV. For someone I don't know personally, I have never been so devastated to hear the news! But I know you diem you will over come this! We are all praying for you!!

Poor Diem. She doesn't deserve this. I know she will fight and beat cancer for a third time! Praying for her, CT, her family and friends. Keep fighting, Diem!

Lisa Fletcher Smith, one of the long time producers of RW and the Challenges at BMP just donated $500 to Diem via Medgift. She is better known as "Fletch" by many cast and old vevmo members who will recall her inadvertently tipping us off to impending challenge departures and locations via social media back in the day (myspace). She was always on location early setting things up. She is one who always has treated cast members with dignity and respect. Thanks for your contribution, Fletch. You're an angel. By the way, there is a new goal of 50K by August 31. Every dollar helps. Thanks.

Seeing all the support she is getting is proof of how amazing of a person she is.

Seeing all of the love and donations made to Diem just warms my heart. My sister, like Diem was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in her early 20's. Unfortunately, she lost her second battle at the age of 28. Hearing about Diem's diagnosis broke my heart and sent me back to that time in my life. I literally cannot focus on anything for more than a couple of hours before my mind wanders back to Diem. I'm starting school in a week and I was supposed to buy a book and a new Macbook charger but I literally cleared out my debit card to donate to Diem. Not for brownie points or recognition but because this woman is hope for so many faced with this horrible diseases. To me, this is bigger than Diem Brown. What she represents to people with cancer and people who have lost loved ones from cancer is reliance. So I encourage everyone, even if it's only a dollar, to log on to Medgift and lend a helping hand. Sorry for the rambling. It's been a weird couple of days and since no one I know watches the challenge I can only vent about it here lol

When I heard the news I was shocked--it's so unfair that someone who has already been through this twice now, and has dedicated her life to helping so many others, should have to go through it a third time. That said, you are one of the strongest people I've ever met. Whenever I feel like something is insurmountable, or start getting scared, I think of you and your determination, resiliency, and positivity and find my own strength in that. You will beat this, and you'll touch millions of lives as you do. There doesn't seem to be enough to say, I'm a bit at a loss. I'm so sorry this is happening again, but I hope you can feel the waves of love and support coming to you from around the globe. I can't wait for you to be on the other side of this, and to see you smiling and dancing once more. Until then, you're in my thoughts. <3

Diem, I have thought about you a lot over the past several days. I have never even met you but yet I feel I know you. I'm so glad you have felt the love coming towards you from all of your friends, family and fans. Your a true fighter Diem and I wish you the best in this fight against cancer. I know that you have gained so much strength from all of the support that you have received and I just want you to know that we all love and care about you very much and are hoping and praying for the best. Just as your fans have been touched by your story and gained strength from you, I know you have gained strength from your fans. We are here for you Diem and we want to help lift you up through our thoughts, prayers and positive stories of cancer survivors that we know, just as you have helped lift us up with your advocacy and your cancer journey. My dad was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer but now, through the grace of God, he is cancer free. If my dad can do it, so can you Diem! Go Diem!

It's something that has always been so important to her and always provided her with so much hope for the future. That said, she can still have a biological child, and she still seems incredibly determined to beat the cancer. She's so strong, such an inspiration. I don't know how one woman can have gone through so much, but I honestly believe if anyone can come out of this on the other side, it's her.

Over 3 weeks ago on the left I was hooked up to multiple machines, 2IVs, had r drains coming out of every angle of my body and received overwhelming news of my treatment plan.

To today on the right with one of my angels @aliciaquarles WHO was one of my angles that gave me hope. Her & my sister set up a #MedGift support page for me (Direct link to it is on my Instagram & twitter profile).

I now have only one “drain” that I will eventually get used to, with help can be upright on a walker, & got interviewed by one of my very best friends for E!News for #OvarianCancer awareness month.

I can not thank my beautiful friends, family and even people I’ve never met with how much support and love y’all have given me.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me back HOPE AND FAITH!  I know this bill be a long road but not I’m just looking ahead the next day instead of thinking of the full journey.

Well look at god! Prayer heals and she is living proof! So inspiring and I'm prayer/thinking about her everyday. One day at time, but her progressing is great! 

And I must say, Diem is very quote worthy lol
