What Could Be Done to Improve the Challenges?

1. Better editing! The editing for the challenges now and the editing for the challenges back in like 2003 look completely different. The older ones were edited well and made the show very entertaining. 2. More endurance missions (like dead mans drop or the one where you had to sit on a block of ice with your arms in the air, although that was very dangerous). 3. Entertaining concept of the show that can bring drama. Gauntlet 1, if you went into the gauntlet and won, you would have to go back to the team that just tried to vote you off. Caused A LOT of drama within the team.
Elaborate please..Im not in charge of these things but im definitely interested..
Well the challenges now are basically just: drunk talk, mission, vote, elimination, END. The final cut is pretty boring. The older ones like bots1 had good editing. for example, the episode after Rachel got voted off. Veronica talks about in her interviews how she would LOVE to vote off Emily because Emily voted her off last time, and there was a flashback to the previous show's elimination. Then veronica talked about how Emily voted Rachel off and there's another flashback to Rachel "peacing out". Aneesa proceeds to talk about Emily while eating then there's a flashback to the ice block mission with hardcore rock music playing in the background with Emily giving a dirty look into the camera. Stuff like this makes the show really interesting. There's not a lot of that now, with voice overs to footage, flashbacks and slow-mo. Gauntlet 1, Coral and Tina are in a gauntlet doing "Dead mans drop". While they're hanging coral says (voice over) how she wants Tina to shake and struggle then they do this CRAZY editing effect on coral while shes staring at Tina upside down. It's hard to describe, maybe I'll upload a video on youtube.

I love BOTS! Bring back the inner circle!
I think if "The Pit" is edited like the older challenges like battle of the sexes 1, then there's a very high chance that it'll be an amazing challenge. It already has a great cast, what it needs is great editing. All the different cuts and music does make a difference.
I loved BOTSexes. I just finished rewatching it. It definitly was one of the best seasons hands down.
JHl182, that editing was exactly what made me kept watching many of the challenge seasons and even the regular RW seasons..Its soo funny to see one person say one thing in a confessional but see them do another..plus I like the shit talking they do in confessionals LOL..The Duel 2 needs more of that..
Simple things start showing the cast when there (sp) on the buses traveling to the challenge destination, etc. That gave us drama and funny moments. Remember the wedgie incident with Brad and the Miz. Also (the) Jodi/Robin and Mark incident. more variety of cast members with all the RR/RW Alumni we should see more fresh faces.
I liked how when someone was doing an interview, they had their name and what season they were on under.

You guys should PM people the links. The person that is running that site can get in trouble.
You guys should PM people the links. The person that is running that site can get in trouble.
I did once before, but someone ended up just posting it anyway. If someone deletes the post I can PM it to him as well.

Intellectual property rights are big deal.
You guys should PM people the links. The person that is running that site can get in trouble.
And should be in trouble.
-Come up with new and innovative challenges -Create a set of rules for the ultimate strategist. -No more 2 ppl go home per episode ***. It doesn't give you enough time to root for your favorites! -Stop casting the same people -ADVERTISE ADVERTISE ADVERTISE -Throw TJ Lavin into a pit of knives.
-invite the other FM castmembers not just the same ones -have twist in the game -better editing -more diverse cast -make sure the teams are fair

That would've been interesting to. I mean to have a big guy in the house would be change of pace than having skinny people every single year.

In any country you go to you will find shows online that aren't official by the people making it or affiliated with it. There's nothing they can do because they can't go after any and everybody.

No offense... just curious... But what is a lawyer doing cruising message boards? I figured you'd have more important things to do than post online
No offense... just curious... But what is a lawyer doing cruising message boards? Some of you guys really need to watch what you say.
Okay they need to make it so the same damn people aren't running things all the time. That makes it boring and Predictable.
..... I meant that post not as a diss, but a question.. I just thought lawyers as the busier type. Can I not ask that?
..... I meant that post not as a diss, but a question.. I just thought lawyers as the busier type. Can I not ask that?
Better to explain yourself than come off as a jerk. I'm sure V will answer your question.
That's kind of why I put the "no offense, just curious" part.. I'm sure people learn a lot from his posts, and that's cool. I don't even understand why I have to even justify asking a question... But whatever, it's all good... Anyways. I Miss those older challenges like BOTsexes and Inferno. I think they had an old-school feel that's hard to replicate
Better to explain yourself than come off as a jerk. I'm sure V will answer your question.
Simmer down TJ, simmer down..You're a fiesty thing you are..I understand what you mean Davey you just want to be enlightened..But I too am curious..
No offense... just curious... But what is a lawyer doing cruising message boards? I figured you'd have more important things to do than post online
Davey, Davy, Davey. You are so clueless! Try getting an education about our V1man before you ask such ridiculous questions. A little research will go a long way.
I give it two more seasons before we won't even have opening credits anymore...
