Some of these people are just spoiled though. They make SO much more money on OF and ig than the cast did back in the day. I think it was Katie who said in an interview that bartending back then is what OF is today but 10x more money. Lower the prize pot and get younger random people (mixed in with OGs).

Daily prizes - though sometimes dumb - are also great and would make some people possibly try harder. Heck in sexes 2 the whole girls team won a trip to Greece early on in the season.
Having Aneesa on just proves they're not looking to develop a new class. They need to leave her Kaycee and Nany all at home, try and get some new female regulars besides just Michele, Nurys and Olivia and go hard on the rookies for once and not just whatever Norwegian who will do the show for $30USD. Feels like they've barely tried for rookies since Total Madness
Double Agents had a class of like 10 diverse rookies, half the cast on SLA were rookies...
