Yeah if I had to guess, I will also believe that they are not paired together and the format will allow the possibility of them to go against each other. With that in mind, you can also add that everyone will try to save there own blooline and that could create some disagreements and drama. And if you see previous titles, they like more drama oriented themes, like Rivals, Exes, where there's more tension involved. If they work together, they would be glad and will definitely create less drama then going against each other.
