Its bloodline theme so they bring a bloodline with them which most of the bloodlines are not confirmed. There will still be 2-3 people on each side who haven't been confirmed but they leave in 2 weeks I believe.

Eh I personally am not a fan of that. First, we're assuming that not all bloodlines will be of the same ***. Second, I do like the idea of everyone going into an elimination but I just don't like the idea of anyone going in one elimination and automatically earning their spot in the final. This may also cause bloodlines to throw the elimination. Also, if you have a guarantee spot in the final you can throw the missions to get people off your team to make your earnings bigger. They should have some kind of twist where you want to win so you are able to keep your bloodline on the other team safe.
But what if they send in the same person again? I mean, it sounds pretty cool. But the only issue, it really doesn't prevent a team from sending in the same person over and over again.
Yeah, I mean it definitely leave some questions open. I just think for the sake of creating TV drama, production is going to want bloodlines to face off against one another whenever possible.

No I don't have a problem when the cast has people like Emilee, Preston, Shauvon, Jay, Jenna on it. You need people like them in it just to mix it up a bit. Not saying that another chance she wouldn't make it further but shes shown that she repeatedly will fail at competitions, go home in the first few episodes, therefore adding nothing to the season. Her drama makes her perfect for the real world but her lack of competitive skills makes her unnecessary for the challenge. Not everyone needs to be on the Emily Schromm level, I prefer them not to be, but if you're going to do the challenge at least be able to do somewhat well, and if not add some drama.
From cancun? CJ, Ayiiia and even Jonna I don't mind anymore, the other two add nothing to the challenges for me. From other seasons? A lot of people lol Last season I liked Wes, Theresa, Jordan, Sarah, Johnny, Avery, Dustin, CT, Diem, Somewhat Leroy and Nia, I liked Nany up until this season. I even liked Adam lol
Not really. The point of the challenge is to gather various RW/RR castmembers together into one house and watch them interact(and compete) with each other. Competition is involved but it's not the entire point of the show.
It's not the entire point of the show but it is the MAIN point though. One of my favorite things about the challenge is having various cast members from different season together but if they JUST want people to interract, that's what they have the real world for. It's called the challenge for a reason lol. People can show up, sit in their room everyday and not talk to or hangout with anyone if they don't want to. Not everyone gets into the fight or the drama (and because of that they are considered boring). However, they are there for one reason and one reason only. Not to hang out, but to compete, do the crazy challenges, and hopefully win in the end and make money. A social game is ncessary however, the drama and interraction is a HUGE part of it, but it is just a side part of it. If you take the money and competition out, these people wouldn't come. You'd have no show lol. Also, 90% of the cast interraction (that is shown on TV) is about the competition. Who's a threat, who sucks, who voted for who, who should go first or last in the challenge, who's getting carried along, who's a layup, etc. If you think otherwise you are misunderstanding the premise of the show.

ummm no. it was discussed on the Are You The One thread that Ralphy was in better shape than Dario. Maybe on the Season of Are You The One 2 Dario let himself go a little bit because there were multiple scenes where i saw his belly and no abs.

Amen. Just watch hs season he was nothing BUT a tool. IMO Layton would have been a WAAYY Better choice. It would have been awesome seeing Layton beat up Dario. Layton was a D1 Football athlete so he could definitley take on a D1 Naseball athlete.

Its bloodline theme so they bring a bloodline with them which most of the bloodlines are not confirmed. There will still be 2-3 people on each side who haven't been confirmed but they leave in 2 weeks I believe.

Interaction between the cast members is not a side point...it's one of the MAIN points. That's what separates this show from stuff like Survivor. We "know" these people from their RW/RR seasons so we see them in a new environment and how they deal with people from others seasons.
And yes some of these people do go on the show just to hang out and hook up and just be there for the experience. We've had those type of people since forever so you can't say they're all there to compete.

So, if all the bloodlines are same sex/opposite teams. What about this for elimination drama...
The winning team gets to see what the elimination challenge will be ahead of time (dome, gulag, etc). The team then gets to choose who from their own team will go in to the elimination. The losing team has to automatically send in the corresponding bloodline to face off.
The winner earns their place in the final (similar to the Island). That way, everyone at some point has to go into an elimination and they can't just keep sending the same person in over & over. One male & one female matchup every week.
The only issue would be keeping the winners invested in competing for their team. Although Im sure they could come up with some sort of twist to fix that.

Eh I personally am not a fan of that. First, we're assuming that not all bloodlines will be of the same ***. Second, I do like the idea of everyone going into an elimination but I just don't like the idea of anyone going in one elimination and automatically earning their spot in the final. This may also cause bloodlines to throw the elimination. Also, if you have a guarantee spot in the final you can throw the missions to get people off your team to make your earnings bigger. They should have some kind of twist where you want to win so you are able to keep your bloodline on the other team safe.
But what if they send in the same person again? I mean, it sounds pretty cool. But the only issue, it really doesn't prevent a team from sending in the same person over and over again.
Yeah, I mean it definitely leave some questions open. I just think for the sake of creating TV drama, production is going to want bloodlines to face off against one another whenever possible.
You and I have rarely agreed but on this I am 100% behind you. If someone looked me in the eye and said Shauvon showed up to compete for a win, I'd probably pee myself laughing.
Yeah absolutely. The people that want people like Emilee here are usually the first ones that complain about lay ups in the final and why Bananas/Paula/Laurel/Cara Maria have no competition and production guaranteeing them a win or making it far.

It is one of the main points, but it's a side point COMPARED to the actual challenges and competition. People wouldn't be there if they weren't getting paid/having a chance of winning money. You rarely see any of the first people eliminated each season interracting with anyone because they are eliminated early on. This is why Emilee is irrelevant.... that is my point. And yes people do go on and hook up and hangout but if they didn't want to do the competitions and compete they wouldn't go...lol. Nobody sits out, so they are all there to compete. I'd say the competion is first and the interaction is second, or right there with competition, but you can't say the competition is not the main point of the show. I'm not saying the interaction has nothing to do with the show, if they showed up each day, competed, and just went home after there wouldn't be a show either.
No I don't have a problem when the cast has people like Emilee, Preston, Shauvon, Jay, Jenna on it. You need people like them in it just to mix it up a bit. However, when you want people like them on the cast, you should simply not complain about "no competitions for certain people", "or weak players making it to the final every time".
This shows main purpose is not to cast athletes and watch hardcore competition. It's to cast the most entertaining people (RW,RR,FM) and put them in a house together to win some money. The main focus of the show is the drama, then it's the competition. It's been like that since day one. Not complaining either because without the drama the show would be terrible.

I never really felt that either of them was ever number one. They have the same focus.
Remember the show was first called RR VERSUS RW. It was a competition just by it's name...however without drama the show is boring, without competition the show is just as boring and I believe many people forget that.
